Consultancy services for digital surveying the proposed Military Hospital location (MH) of 19 Acres (Approx) and submitting the topographic, contour drawings, soil investigation (Bldg Area) as per IS, line diagram of all medical facilities & developing complete existing area and submitting the line plan of proposed MH. Preparation of plan for medical ward, surgical ward and AC plant room of plinth area details as attd as Appx ‘A’ to fit in the above prepared MH plan, structural analysis, designs structural/ architectural drgs of surgical, medical wards and AC Plant Room with designing of internal and external services like water supply, electric supply system, fire fighting, Sewage Disposal, Road Path & Culvert, Area Drainage, Fencing, gate/compound wall /security wall, lighting protection , hot water supply, air conditioning/ water coolers, lifts, Rain Water Harvesting, Arboriculture and detailed estimates, Bill of Quantities, pricing & schedule ‘A’ for buildings and all services. Note : Structural designs/drgs of surgical, medical wards and AC plant room are to be vetted by any one of the government engineering colleges /IIT
