SCHEDULE 'A' PART VI (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS of B/R, E/M AND FIRE HYDRANT SYSTEM - TO BE QUOTED BY THE CONTRACTOR)

M&L for drilling into existing RCC members including supplying and fixing 12mm dia 100mm long mild steel fasteners and making good the disturbed surfaces matching with existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium section powder coated of colour as approved doors and ventilators with frame and double leaf shutter partly with 5mm thick reflective glass and partly closed with 5 mm thick aluminium composite panel (alco panel) fixed with aluminium chamfered clip of aluminium door sections as under. M & L for prepartion of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint (Apex premium quality) in camouflage pattern over a coat of primer to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling trial bore by rotary/ reverse rotary Method in any type of strata consisting of 250mm dia drill bit for depth up to 200m in sequence from ground level as given below for different bore wells complete as per IS -2800, part -1, 1991. The following test and reporting will be carried out by the contractor and approved by GE all as per IS -2800, part, 1 1991. (i) Recording the water bearing horizon. (ii) Taking the samples from the bore well cutting for every 3m interval and every change in strata if less than 3m. (iii) Preparation of litho logs based on these samples. (iv) Drill time log to be prepared and prescribed.

M&L for development of trial bore to be reamed by suitable size of bit to accomaodate 300x200 mm dia assembly pipes leaving 5" annular space around assembly pipes from 250mm to 675 mm for 50 RM from ground level.

M&L for development of trial bore to be reamed by suitable size of bit to accomaodate 300x200 mm dia assembly pipes leaving 5" annular space around assembly pipes from 250mm to 525 mm from exceeding depth of 50 RM but not exceeding 220 meter below ground level .

Supplying and assembling including jointing, lowering & fixing in position plain mild steel sheet casing (seamless) pipe 300mm bore of thickness 6.0mm confirming to IS: 4270-2001, pipe jointed and welded with coupler rings, Welding shall be done through out the circumference of the pipe and coupler rings both sides all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. S&F mild steel reducing socket 300mmx200mm including welding MS strip 4mm X 6mm (6 Nos) on each joint extended 100mm on each side all as specified and directed (The Wall thickness of the socket side shall not be less than 7.04mm)

Chemical and bacteriological testing or water sample from approved laboratory to ensure portability of water complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & packing of pea gravel 3mm to 5mm size as per IS of natural shape brought directly from river bed and packing around the casing pipe/slotted pipe in the bore well to entire depth upto ground level complete all as specified & directed

Electric logging in pilot bore for precise delineation of granular zones as also the quality of ground water including report interpretation complete as specified. Note:- Electric logging shall be carried out by any approved Govt Agency.

M&L for development of tubewell by means of over puming high velocity with 250 PSI Air compressor all as specified in IS 8110-2000 para 3.4 complete all as specified & directed

All as per item No 20 above but by means of over pumping for subsequent hours until clear discharge as per clause 9.3 of IS 2800 (Part-1)-2009 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Over pumping will be carried out by pumping the well at higher capacity not less 25%extra above the yield of well

Yield testing of the tube well as specified and directed to determine the safe pumping capacity of tube well by continously pumping for 16 hrs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of pumping for yield test is included in item No. 19 above

Supply install, / lowering submersible pump, with S.S Bowl and connected with 100 mm dia column pipe by means of S.S flange and Connecting SS Nipple having dilfuser casing construction and impellers dynamically balanced rotor and pump shaft with impeller and motor suitable for operation on 3 phase 415 volts, complete set , head 40 Mtr, discharge range 1000 LPM including cable guard cable as per mfrs recommendation upto 02 run x50 meter etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory made LT feeder pillar box indoor type platform mounted of size not less than 1200X1000X450mm suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire system 50 Hz supply having aluminum bus bar 600 Amps for phases and neutral, installed on porcelain / epoxy insulator. Supply and fixing of strata sample box of size 900 X 400 mm and 150 mm deep, made of 25 mm thick teak wood planks and size of sample bits 100 mm X 100 mm with front side provided with glazed hinged door shutter of size 900 X 400 mm provided with hasp & staple and painted for strata samples as found at the time of drilling the tubewell complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for borewell chart on acrylic sheet of size 60 cm x 30 cm duly marked permanent marking including 12mm thick plywood frame, clamps for fixing on wall etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches for Ductlile iron pipe (DI) pressure pipe100mm bore with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-7 conforming to IS: 8329-2000 with internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating suitable for push on joint (Tyton) in any length. Note :- The unit rate includes for all jointing & jointing material

Supplying ,installation testing and commissioning of the following C class MS ERW pipe as per IS 1239 or 3589 for overhead pipe with flange welded and with heavy clanps, hangers,brackets or pipe supports ( all with screwed/welded joints) as required including pipe of shorter lengths tappering connecting pieces,short and long bends ,Tee ,reducers,plugs anchor fastner etc with duly painted with 2 coats of red synthetic enamel paint over coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed

Supplying ,installation testing and commissioning of the following C class MS ERW pipe as per IS 1239 or 3589 for below ground level pipe with flange welded and with ) as required including pipe of shorter lengths tappering connecting pieces,short and long bends ,Tee ,reducers,plugs anchor fastner etc with anticorrosive treatment with 4mm thick polymer corrosion resistant tape as per IS 10221,overlap shall be 15mm minimum complete all as specified and directed

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of indoor type Motor control center panel by using of motor control including fascility for OFF ON,manual and automatic operation of different stage viz MCCBs, star delta starter, voltmeter, Ampmeter and single phase preventer etc. As per MBCI guideline the audio (hooter) and visual (LED) display according to the specify use manner must have to accommodate jockey pump function should cut off at 7 Bar pressure automatically and get switch on in the pressure of 6.6 Bar on receiving impulses on presseure switch and as soon pressure built up the jockey pump stops automatically. in the event of out break of fire when the jockey pump s unable the water requirement, there will be a further fall of pressure in the feeder to the level of 5.5 to 6.0 Bar resulting in the pump installed at the sump coming into operation through another pressure switch. the fire pump and jockey pump should be suitably interlocked so that the moment fire pump come into operation the jockey pump is automatically cutoff. Facility also should house for diesel engine operation not only to backup power supply but obvious it also should switch on below 5.5 Bar,eventually the electrical main pump until did not perform for any cause.The diesel engine fuction should enable 5.5 Bar to get start with alertment but under no any circumstance should switch off automatically likewise the electrical main pump. LT Panel Board of M.S. Channel Base Frame mounted (to be mounted on the brick. pedestal of height 725mm above floor level) , suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 250 amps, Provision of Spreader link to both incoming & Outgoing MCCBs for termination of cables . The Feeder Pillar shall be duly fabricated in a approved / certified factory / fabrication House who posseses type test certificate from CPRI for similar type of Panel Board and having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes atleast seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032 (SIEMENS GRAY). The Panel Board shall be provided with suitable rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-52 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947.

Note :- (i) The complete Automatic Panels should be from the OEM of pumps/Motors for the proper functioning of the Automation system of Fire Hydrant System. The contractor has to be taken approval for the Design/functioning of the system before finalistaion of final Automation Panel for the fire Hydrant System. The Automation should be Analogue based including all Sensors Pressure Switches/Gauges/Meters etc. (ii) The Panel shall be fabricated by Fire Authority approved vendor/manufacturer.

Supply and fix Air Cushion tank shall be fabricated from 8 mm thick MS plate with dished and suitable supporting legs. It shall be provided with isolation valve from pump. 125 mm drain width ball valve, one water level gauge and 25 mm size socket for pressure switches. The air vessels shall be hydraulically tested for 18 Kg /Sqcm pressure for 120 minutes. Vessel shall also be provided with an air release valve and pressure release valve mounted at top. Pressure gauge 21 Kg/Sqcm has to be installed in this unit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing old any type, tube light fittings, bulk head fitting & mirror lights, ceiling lights etc and refixing complete all as specified and directed

Note :- Additional Chemical compound if required on account to achieve earth resistance less than 1.00 ohm shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance (ie., less than one ohm) is not obtained, the earthing shall be re-done by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed

M&L for horizontal boring below pavement/road, in soft/loose soil for crossing 100mm to 25mm size GI pipe lines all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
