Laying / Relaying of XLPE/PILC cable by digging of pit,

removal of old cable & laying of new cable on sand bed. The

trench should be filled with earth duly rammed upto ground

level & old cable credited to store.

Excavation of trench 0.5 Mtr. Wide and 1 mtr. Deep for laying

of HT/LT underground cable of size upto 300mm2 PILC or

XLPE. The cable should be liad on bed of sand and to cover

mtr along with each bottom and top. The entire trench should

threafter be refilled with earth duly rammed upto ground level.

trench should threafter be refilled with earth duly rammed

upto ground level. As per Drawing no:MGVCL/Tech/UG

Laying/Relaying of cable in trench and from ground level to

pole structure for providing outdoor cable joints.

Additional charges for digging tar road for laying of cable over

and above digging of pits in normal soil.

GI pipe without damaging surface of the road by horizontal

drilling/boring method excluding cost of HDPE/GI PIPE as per

the drawing and specification.

The above prices are inclusive of all taxes, levies Duties etc. except Goods & Service tax (GST). GST will be paid extra as applicable from time to

time on a given taxable goods and/or services.

RATE INCLUSIVE/EXCLUSIVE OF GST SHOULD BE CLEARLY MENTIONED IN YOUR QUAOTATION(MENTION IT IN

IN SCHDULE ''B'' MENSIONED QUANTIES ARE ESTIMATED. QUANTIIES MAY BE INCREASED OR DECREASED IN EVERY

WORKS. BUT ORDER VALUE WILL NOT BE CHANGED & PAYMENT WILL DONE AS PER ACTUL EXCUSION OF WORKS

In case any joint fails within one year due to poor workmanship,it should be replaced free of cost by you else, the charges for the

same will be deducted from your bill.

For laying of double circuit, both cables should be covered with separate RCC hume pipe of 6"diameter OR Provided HDPE Pipe

for laying 11KV cable. Pipe should be 10mm thickness.

If the work of cable would not be started within six hours from verbal instruction of Engineer-in-charge from sub-division, the

penalty will be charged @ Rs.200/- per occasion.
