M & L for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, laying in trenches/fixed on wall and pole including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed of following cross-sectional area:

Cable of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core

Cable of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core

M&L for XLPE insulated , armoured, heavy duty electric cable with Aluminium conductor,3x 150 Sqmm, 11000 Volts, laying in trenches / fixed on wall or pole inclduing taking down old unserviceabel cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 1& 2 : (i) Rate include the cost of lugs of proper size, and cable gland. (ii) Necessary Excavation, PCC cover and sand cushioning shall be measured & paid seprately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and 1.5 mtr width as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling incl leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed by EIC.

Removal of surface soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed by EIC .

S & L for riddled earth for cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable complete all as directed. ( Note: Punned thickness shall be taken for measurement)

M & L for laying LT cable cover of size 250x150x75mm class LV type 1 flat for protection of cable in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Straight through heat shrink joints 1100 Volts, PVC / XLPE insulated armoured Heavy duty LT UG cables with aluminium conductor including joint kits and labour for following cable size 3.5 core 70 sq.mm

M & L for indoor termination heat shrinkable joints 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated armoured Heavy duty LT UG cables with aluminium conductor including joint kits and labour for following cable size 3.5 core 50sq.mm

Supply, Install, Testing and commissioning LT feeder pillar (in replacement of outdoor Type) suitable size, CPRI Approved factory made, Double door, Cubical type, Compartmentalized design, back door, openable, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA steel sheet, weather / dust / vermin proof, suitable spaced totally enclosed in chamber, earthing arrangement, locking arrangement with one no lock with duplicate key duly painted with powder coated paint having danger notice boards and earthing terminals on both sides and including providing the following items incl connection of all incoming and outgoing cables using suitable size lugs and glands, Spreader terminal set, control wiring, panel to be mounted on cable trench if required with base channels as required complete in all respect all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge including comprising of following items :-

a) 4 Nos Aluminium Busbars of high conductivity (b) 3 Nos for phase (R,Y,B) rating 200 amp and 1No for neutral rating 200 Amp, Mounted on DMC support with heat shrink sleeve - 1 Set (c) Manular chnageover 160A- 1 No (d) MCCB 4P 160 Amps 25 KA 415 V 50 Hz – 1 No (I/C)

M&L for fixing standalone bus bar panel for XLPE cable termination of size minimum 50 sqmm including Aluminium bus bar of suitable size with provision for cable entry and earth termination. The panel shall be fixed at least 30 CM above the ground with panel stand firmly grouted to the ground and necessary PCC and excavation shall be deemed to be included in the rate. Note- 1) The Bus bar shall be of Aluminium and max of length 80CM and of size 20x5mm. 2) R, Y, B and Neutral shall have bus bars of same sizeand length.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductor squirrel type from poles of any size & capacity and unserviceable materials removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Arial Bunched Cable (ABC), 5 core,( 3 phase, 1 Neutral, 1 Messenger, 1 Street light) of size 70 Sqmm ( 3x70+1x70+1x50+1x16), 1100 Volt grade, confirming to IS 1455. All as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge. Note: (i) The three phase cables, Neutral, and street light conductor shall be twisted around messenger to form cable assy. (ii) The phase and neutral conductors shall be insulated with XLPE. (iii) The quoted shall also include necessary fixing arrangement in the existing poles and connection to street lights.

M& L for surface dressing once in every 2 months to E/M installations /1.5 Mtrs from outside of fencing , E/M store yards of following area not exceeding 15 cm deep getting out soft / loose soil removing shrubs, small trees height up to 1.0 Mtrs, removing the grass from route and cleaning the fencing by removing small trees /Vegetation on fencing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Rate includes removing all waste material and grass not exceeding 50 Mtrs distance from installation ,depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point and cleaning of yard , Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge

Tech area main incomer substation of area 100 Sqm

Non tech area pump house of area 80 Sqm

M&L for road cutting /removing the hard Standing/Cutting floor inside the Substation /E/M Installations / Path for laying of cables of any size including making good disturbed surfaces using cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified. The item shall include cutting of road, and necessary PCC for making good all as specified and directed by Engg in charge.

M&L for medium grade GI pipe 40mm dia for cable protection all as specified and directed by engg in charge.Make: Jindal/ tata etc
