Comprehensive maintenance of micro processor based addressable fire alarm & detection control panel, battery back up system, all type of detectors, multi sensor detectors, response indicators, manual call points, control modules, circuit isolators, multi criteria detectors, monitor modules, hooters including associated wiring work up to main fire control panel installed at various locations of T-1 Departure Building as detailed in the special conditions of the contract etc. complete as required. The work includes the periodical checking/testing, programming, servicing, maintaining records, attending break down calls, repairing, supply & replacement of all defective components of fire alarm control panel like power supply card, loop card, CPU, software, mother board, cabinet, display card, batteries, battery charger, wiring, any other software / hardware etc. if required as per AAI & OEM recommendation (by deploying 01 no Technician on daily basis)

The work includes the periodical checking/testing, programming, servicing, maintaining records, attending break down calls, repairing, supply & replacement of all defective components of fire alarm control panel like power supply card, loop card, CPU, software, mother board, cabinet, display card, batteries, battery charger, wiring, any other software / hardware etc. if required as per AAI & OEM recommendation.

Maintenance & up-keeping of fire fighting system installed in AAI Admin Building inclusive of periodical checking/ testing, servicing, maintaining records, attending break down calls of all hydrant valves, pipes, branch pipes , hose reels, hose pipes, NRVs, pipe lines, pressure switches , diesel engine pumps, main pumps, jockey pumps, batteries , starter panels, air cushion tank, pressure gauges, sluice valves etc as detailed in the special conditions of the contract etc. complete as required.

Providing Data entry computer operator (Highly-Skilled) for working in Engineering -Electrical section (01 No) for computer related work as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days excluding sundays etc. as reqd.
