Annual term tender for hiring of car (including driver and fuel requirements) on outsource basis to Town municipal council Shiralakoppa

The bidder should have experience of providing minimum 01 car on hire basis for minimum one year to Government of Karnataka/Government of India/ PSUs/Government Local Bodies, Boards and Government Autonomous Institutions etc. during preceding three financial years i.e. current year and three previous financial years as on technical bid opening date as per KPP portal. work done or satisfactory performance certificate should be attached

Bidder should submit valid Vehicle Registration Certificate. If in case bidder does not have own vehicle then bidder must have entered into lease agreement with vehicle owner for entire contract period and same should be submitted in bid.

The annual financial turnover of the bidder, should be at least Rs. 4.20 Lakhs in any two years during the last five years, ending on 31st March of the previous financial year.

Bidder should submit either a) Firm registration certificates or b) Proprietorship certificate or c) Aadhar card if the bidder is Individual

Bidder should submit Vehicle valid comprehensive Insurance Certificate, Valid fitness (FC) and Emission compliance certificate

Bidder should submit valid GST and PAN Certificate

Bidder should submit Drivers valid Driving License for Yellow board.
