PART-A Hiring of Agency for Installation of Flex Hoardings and Signages at Surajkund Mela grounds for Surajkund International Crafts Mela- 2023. (As per the scope of work Mentioned in Tender Document).

P/F hoardings in Star Flex with (MS Sq. Pipe frame, divided by members for the frame G.I. pipes (20 SWG) / Bamboo/ Ballies for the erection of the hoardings. The thick ness of the starflex should be 300 GSM as per the breakup given in scope of work.

P/F Hoarding/ signages/informative boards of the flex printing without frames. (only flex with 04 nos. PYLETS). The firm will fix the flex prints at the designated places as per the instruction of Architect cell/SKMA as per the breakup given in scope of work.

P/F Hoarding/ signages/ informative boards of the flex printing with MS 1”x1” frames (20 SWG) to be in and around the mela. (the thickness of flex should be 30 GSM) as per the breakup given in scope of work.

PART – B Providing/Fixing Permanent signages on MS Poles (As per scope of work mentioned in the tender document)

P/Fixing of new Retro-reflective signages (both side) of size 5’-0”x3’-6” made of 4mm thick ACP sheet as per design and colour duly reflectorzed with Type-XI recto reflective sheet of 3M/Avery/Orofol as per ASTM standard mounted on MS frame duly fabricated with suitable pipe frame and leg post of size:-16’-6”x6” dia MS pipe duly powder coated with CC foundation 1:2:4, all masonry, welding, transport & installation as per site requirements at different locations. The signage is to be installed by hiring hydra.

P/Fixing of new directional signages 1’-6” dia (both side) alongwith 15”x6” (both side) plate below it (as shown in the drg.) made of 4mm thick ACP sheet with Vinyl printing mounted on MS frame duly fabricated with MS leg post 5’-0” long and 2” square MS pipe duly powder coated with CC foundation 1:2:4.

Refurbishing of existing sign board (both side) of size 5’-0”x3’-6” with replacement of ACP sheet and Retro reflective sheet (Type-XI) of 3M/Avery/Orofol and also raising the height of the signages by 2’-0” i.e from 14’-6” to 16’-6” with all welding, transport, and installation as per site requirement at different locations alongwith repainting of existing MS pole and frame. The signages are to be installed by hiring hydra.

Repair/Replacement of Vinyl sheeting of directional signages 1’-6” dia in the mela area alongwith repainting of MS pole 5’-0” height.

Providing/Fixing new Retro reflective sheet Type-XI of 3M/Avery/Orofol for Guide maps of size 8’-0”x5’-0” on the already existing frames at Surajkund mela ground.

Replacement of Vinyl sheeting of sun shape of size 4’-7”x2’-0” on existing guide maps.

P/F Vinyl on Sunboard 3 mm sunboard with 3m vinyl on latex printing with mat lamination in the staircase area including scaffolding at Hotel Rajhans.

Wooden Easel Stand with M.S support (Reserved parking board for mela administrator and vice chairman outside protocol office) .

Painting of all frames/poles of existing signages/boards.

Providing/Fixing of new ACP signage (backlit board) of size 40’x4’ with approved color exterior grade acp sheet indobond/Alex/Aludecor and 60-70 mm powder coated 0.8 mm aluminium channelium raising with front 040 cast acrylic sheet and led modules with 3 years warranty IP 65 IP 67 power supply. MS Pole of 50’x50’x 2mm of 6ft. height (or as per site requirement)) total 4 pole with CC foundation. All acrylic letter/logo shall be inlit to ensure consistent lighting across alphabets & logo. Led module or led strips only to be used to be fixed at following locations a) Silver jubilee gate

Hermitage entry gate (Backlit board) Made of fabricating supplying and erection of overhead type Gantry structure with single sided signage structure, made of 2 nos. column, made of MS pipe of size 250NB(M) with 10mm with MS Plate of size 600x600 on both the ends.Top horizontal truss of 28’ length made of 50x50x3mm MS square pipe as per drawing and approved color exterior grade acp sheet indobond/Alex/Aludecor and 60-70 mm powder coated 0.8 mm aluminium channelium raising with front 040 cast acrylic sheet and led modules with 3 years warranty IP 65 IP 67 power supply. All acrylic letter/logo shall be inlit to ensure consistent lighting across alphabets & logo. Led module or led strips only to be used.
