Providing and applying pressure grouting in the place of the high porosity in the concrete with polyurethane resin under a pressure up to 1050psi as per the following specifications.Cleaning of all surface & stain around the leakage area. b( determining the leak pattern and establish leakage source.Drilling injection ports at specified depth.Once negative interception is conformed . injection packers to be installed , which prevent back flush of pu grout and capable of holding pressure up to 7N/mm2. Pumping PU Grout Approximately 200ml to 1 kg.According to the site condition to fill the sides of the outlet pipes to arrest the leakage around it. Cleaning and grinding the edges of the expansion joint applying bonding agent and repairing with polymer modified mortar.After preparing the edges insert baker rod to the desired size. Fill the edges with hybrid PU sealant to cover the size of expansion joint of 5mm thick. Allow air curing for two days. Apply the epoxy based adhesive primer on the edges and fix TPE tape(2000mm width and 1mm thick ) to cover the expansion joint and allow air curing for two days for all heights.
