RequiredCA Certificate for Assessed Bid Capacity - As per Format F-6
RequiredTechnical Criteria -1- All Bidders (GEL associated as well as non-associated) shall submit copy of empanelment letter issued by PNGRB, valid as on date of bid publishing
RequiredTechnical Criteria -2- All Bidders (GEL associated as well as non-associated) shall submit self-declaration on letter head for ensuring timely renewal of empanelment with PNGRB without any discontinuity during the entire contract period.

RequiredTechnical Criteria -4- All Bidders (GEL associated as well as non-associated) shall submit Self-declaration on Letter Head for ensuring timely renewal of accreditation by NABCB without any discontinuity during the entire contract period, in case so required.
RequiredTechnical Criteria -5-Bidders associated with GEL shall submit copy of Work Order/ Purchase Order/ Contract / Work Completion Certification / Details of Contract issued by GEL for fulfilment of the criteria specified herein.
RequiredTechnical Criteria -6-Bidders non-associated with GEL shall submit Purchase Order/ Work Order/ Contract AND corresponding satisfactory work completion certificate issued by Oil &/or Gas company or City Gas Distribution Company as per the criteria. RA Bills / Invoices will not be considered.
RequiredFinancial Criteria-1-All Bidders (GEL associated as well as non-associated) shall submit CA certificate with UDIN number confirming Annual Turnover for all preceding three FYs, Working capital for last audited FY and Net worth for last audited FY from Audited Balance Sheets
RequiredFinancial Criteria-2-All Bidders (GEL associated as well as non-associated) If audit is not applicable, CA to certify in his certificate that the vendor is not covered under the Tax Audit as per Income Tax Act, 1961 and rules there too in the respective year/years and the turnover reported in the return of income filed with the Income Tax Department are matching with books of account
