Excavation infoundation and trenches etc.(including pipes and pits upto all depths) in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting and chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after laying, jointing and testing of GI pipes in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring strutting and trimming and dressing where ever required including restoration of un-metalled/metalled/paved surface to its original condition including cost of diversion for traffic night signals fixing caution board, crossing over trenches for access to houses and fencing etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement :4 sand: 8graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement :3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2 sand:4 crushed stone agg. 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete using concrete mix of " M - 25" ( 1 Cement : 1 sand : 2 gareded stone aggregate 20 mm & down guage nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts in :(a)Foundation, footing, bases of columns and the like and the mass concrete.

Wall (any thickness, but not less than 0.10 mtr. thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in all leads and lifts (a) Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like

(b) flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs, landings and the like in(a) floor etc. upto 200mm thickness.

(c) Foundation ,footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete in all leads and lifts

(e) Sloping portion where inclination is more than 30 degree.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(one cement :one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in all leads and lifts in :- (a) Foundation ,footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete in all leads and lifts

(b) walls any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtrs. thickness attached pillasters , plinths and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level in all leads and lifts .

(c ) Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams girders bresumers and cantilevers upto all floor two level .

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3( 1cement : 3 sand) complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work i/c cutting, hoisting, fixing in position complete :- In grating,framed guards & ladders etc.complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Providing & Fixing at site Tube Settler media of PVC material complete with all leads & lifts upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade on undecorated wall surafce (two coats) to give an even shade complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Supplyand installation of Kirloskar/Kilburn/IVC/Fouress/Gled/BHEL/Leader make or any other reputed make approved by the Jal Shakti Vibhag of suitable size cast iron/cast steel double flanged sluice valve as per head requirement of pumping machinery and rising main having size equal to delivery of pump and capable of withstanding nominal seat pressure

Constructing chamber for sluice valve, with CI surface box 100 mm top dia.,160 mm bottom dia. & 180 mm deep(inside) with chained lid RCC top 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 100 mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 mix (1 cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) & inside plastering with cement mortor 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c curing complete.600 x 600 x 750 mm inside size With 150 mm thick walls of RCC 1:2 :4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete with form work & reinforcement with 6 mm bars at not exceeding 150 mm centres both ways.

Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, Sanitary works i.e., refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level, indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tanks . Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of 5 sets of structural design and drawings etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.(i) C/O RCC sump well 170000 ltrs. capacity (refer data sheet 1.1)

Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of Brick masonary based load bearing Pump House & Chowkidar Room at Sundernagar including all allied Civil Works , Electrical works, Sanitay installations, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, Toilets, Septic Tanks, internal and External LED Street lighting, External landscaping, Fire Fighting arrangement, electric/manual chain pulley, dewatering etc complete as directed by engineer in charge The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (refer data sheet 1.2)

Providing , laying,jointing at site ( by way of circumfrential butt welded joints in three layers by electrical arc welding ) and testing of MSERW pipe of following dia meters confirming to ISO 3183-2012, steel grade of following class ERW (latest with upto date amendments) having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, beds etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per IS:4736-1986 (with upto date ammendments) with mass of zink coating not less than 400 Kg/m2. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814:2004 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. Negative tolerance in thickness and mass/weight of pipes will not be accepted. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches shall be measured and paid for separately).(i) 350mm diam.M.S pipe grade X-42 5.20 mm wall thickness for syphon portion and rising main.

Supply Installation Testing, fixing at site & Commissioning of horizontal spindle,horizontal/redial split casing/end suction(Back-pull out arrangements) single/double/multi stage star rated centrifugal pump or combination of pumps, of approved make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/ Beacon Weir/Kirlosker/BE/Jyoti or any other make approved by the Jal Shakti Vibhag as per BIS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water having turbidity upto 4000 ppm for under mentioned characterestics with bronze,impellers/priming funnels,casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze,shaft of steel grade 45C8/ EN8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS Base Plate to squirrel cage TEFC Energy efficient motors ( Conforming to energy efficiency code IE2 or higher ) of standard make such as Kirloskar /BHEL /CG POWER /Siemens /Jyoti /ABB /Marathon and any other make approved by the Jal Shakti Vibhag and suitable for operation on 415 (+10% ) and ( -10% ) volts, 50 cycles / second, 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty poiint head. The motor/motors as per ISI:325:1978 with upto date ammendments read with IS 900:1972. It should include cost of bearing nuts , bolts and painting etc. and should meet the following requirements: including Pump sets (working + standby ), necessary piping for suction, delivery & common header, alongwith electrical control panel with soft starters; as per requirement of pumping machinery; Complete work inclusive of all taxes,transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores / site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc. It shall include providing and fixing of C.I/C.S Sluice valves of approved make and appropriate class to resist the design pressure and all other accessories required for installation & commioning of pump set complete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge.(Refer Vol-II-Technical Specifications as per data sheet attached.Zone-I 3 Total head=46.33mtrs. discharge 35.28 LPS(each set) 4 sets (2 working + 2 standby) (refer data sheet 1.3)
