Providing and replacement of existing old, corroded and deteriorated cooling water pump suction pipeline for cooling system of three generating units with new 3-inch MS (Mild Steel) pipe of 5 mm wall thickness approx. length 60 feet, including the supply, fabrication, installation, welding, alignment, testing, and commissioning of the complete pipeline system. The work shall also include the supply and installation of: 3-inch, 20 mm thick MS Flanges, ASA Class 150 3-inch Seamless MS Elbows.All necessary fittings, consumables, gaskets, nuts, bolts, welding electrodes, supports and accessories required for complete installation including paint work.The work shall be carried out by dismantling the old pipeline and replacing it with the new pipeline, ensuring leak-proof joints, proper alignment, testing, and satisfactory commissioning in all respects.

Replacement of existing deteriorated MIV distributor drain pipe of machine no. 3, including dismantling of the existing pipe, supply/fabrication and installation of a new suitable pipe, necessary welding/fitting (bends and flanges), and testing for proper drainage and leakage-free operation.
