Appointment of Agency for implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for MSIL - CALL 4

The Lead Bidder must be a registered Company/ Private/ Partnership / LLP / Proprietorship firms in India and should be in the business & have been operational at least for last 5 years as on date of bid submission. (FY 21-22 to FY 25-26).

The proposed ERP OEM should be commercially off the shelf product and should have global presence. A minimum of 5 ERP projects implemented globally needs to be provided.

The ERP OEM should be present for more than 15years from the date of submission of the bid

The ERP Vendor product should be successfully under O&M for a minimum of 3 years.

The Lead Bidder or any consortium partner should have experience in executing and Implementation of similar ERP Project of value not less than INR 2,00,00,000.00 during the last 5 years

As on date of the submission of the proposal, the Lead or consortium bidder should not be black listed or debarred by Central/State governments/PSU in India

The Bidder shall possess a valid ISO 9001:2015 certificate at the time of bidding.

Manufacturing Authorization Form to be submitted by the Bidder in the OEMs letter head

No deviation letter with respect to TOR

The Lead Bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of INR 4 Crores from the operations of ERP / IT/ ICT services in any of the two years of the preceding Three Financial years. (FY 23-24 to FY 25-26). In case, if financial statements are not yet ready for the FY 2025-26, CA certified Turnover Certificate will be considered. In case of consortium partner the consortium partner should have a minimum turnover of 20% of the stated turnover.
