Material and labour for repair and servicing of HT (HT 11 KV) two pole structure by replacing aluminium PG clamps, servicing of GOD, GI bolts and nuts, pieces of ACSR conductor (DOG Size) with insulation sleeve RYB of any size as jumpers and applying silicon compound for prevention of arcing due to dust/salt deposits over the surfaces including preparation of surfaces, applying zinc chromate primer on rusted surfaces and applying one coat of aluminum paint to the entire structure complete all as directed. Note: Rate quoted shall be inclusive of two coats of white wash on exposed concrete.
Taking down/ ISOLATING HT switch gear (Vacuum circuit breaker) of capacity 11 KV 250/350 MVA, up to 1250 Amps comprising of following repairs, servicing, carring out preventive maintanance by OEM and refixing the same after repairs/servicing:- (a) Tripping off the breaker, lowering the breaket with raising/lowering handle and pulling out the breaker complete from the panel along with the trolley for servicing/inspection/overhauling. (b) Servicing/Inspection/Checking of automatic safety shutter operation for serviceability and replacement of spares if required. (c) Servicing/Inspecting/Checking of circuit spout connections for RYB phases and replacement of spares if required. (d) Dismantling and checking of cross bar assembly, fixed contacts and current carring parts of the breaker, trolley, insulated assembly and checking lamination with clamps, epoxy spout, isolator assembly etc. (e) Setting, reassembling, cleaning, adjustment of fixed contacts, main contact, arcing contacts and chamber baffle pot assembly, pot contact for proper setting of auxiliary contacts operating mechanism. (f) Servicing/Inspecting/Checking of secondary sockets/busbar earthing plugs/earthing sockets and replacement of spares if required. (g) Checking, setting and adjustment of lowering and raising operation of the breaker trolley. (h) Lubrication and greasing of all moving parts of the trolley, stopper bolt for proper operating and closing of shutter gear, isolation resistance trolley of with vacuum interrupter assembly. (i) The inspection of HT switch gear shall involve. (a) Inspection of truck & hoist assembly. (b) Inspection of assembly & components of solenoid assembly. (c) Inspection of assembly & components of dependent mechanism. (d) Inspection of assembly & components of spring box mechanism. (e) Inspection of motor mechanism spring charge assembly. (f) Inspection of assembly of trip unit & related components.
Notes: (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, nuts , bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, compound to put in to the VCBs and panels in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply, install and testing for maintenance free chemical earthing of dual pipe technology of 3 mtr long with outer pipe dia 88 mm and inner pipe dia 48 mm, the pipes are properly galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness of inner pipe 3 mm and 2 mm of outer pipe. There is additional copper coating on outer surface. There should be terminal for connection of 75 x 6 mm with 2 holes of 14 mm dia. Fast Electrode is duly filled with highly conductive material with sealing at boath ends with lead terminal of 75 x 6 mm at top along with 2 bags of 25 Kgs each of earth enhancing compound. The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any international accredited and BIS accredited laborartory. The testing laboratory should be an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified. The earth enhancing compound should be tested reffering to protocol IS 1350 and IEC 62321/111/54/CDV. The ph value of compound should be 7-8. The content of mercury and hexa chromium should be below detection level. The electrode should be tested for salt spray test as per BIS 117-09 for corrosion for minimum 500 Hrs. The electrode should be duly tested and certified by CPRI Govt of India for a min short circuit current of 42 k amps for 1 Sec with initial pick of 8.2 K amp connected to copper strip 20 x 3 mm thick earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper with 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe as a protection up to 7.5 mtr long and RCC pit with cover complete and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed. Model FE 88, 3 Mtr (copper) of Make Fast Electrode or its equivalant specifications appoved make by Garrison Engineer.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 400 A ,4 pole ,36 KA (Ics =100% Icu) with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting with bus bar spreader links for connecting both incoming and outgoing cables with suitable connections with suitable size of glands etc complete including testing & commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
