Sch 'A' Part- XV(MISCELLANEOUS) Note : This schedule is not pre priced by MES and the pre priced rate indicated as "Rs. 0.00" under Col.5 signifies this fact only.

Boring for cast-in-situ bored piles of 500mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.

RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade in cast in situ bored pile with minimum cement content 400kg/cum of any length/any sections complete all as specified and as shown on drg including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS 2911 part IV. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for bored piles of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for grade beam/tie beams and pile caps of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

All as per item No 25 above but 5mm dia and over up to & including 12 mm dia as in helicals of pile reinforcement including rings and necessary tack welding to pile reinforcement at all points of contacts.

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps/grade beams and foundation complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 500mm dia cast in situ pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Conducting standard penetration test all as per IS-2131 at levels and locations as directed for 500mm dia cast in situ bored piles all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep or area not exceeding 10 sqm on plan in soft/loose soil including bailing out/pumping out water on account of spring/rain or any other causes using any method as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for pile caps/plinth beams,raft foundation etc all as specified and shown on drawings.

Excavation over areas n exc 1.5m deep in soft / soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in around pile cap, plinth beams, raft foundation etc using excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m deposited whereever dircted at a level not exc 1.5 m above starting point .

Formwork to sides of pile caps , grade beams rough finished surface of concrete flat all as specified .

Material and labour for Cutting the trees of girth exc 30cm and not exc 100cm and stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exc 50m and clearing the site, the cutting of tree trunk to be cut in maximum length complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan 250 mm sweep 230 Volts AC 50 Hz PVC body with copper wound having ISI marked and including complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge.Make: CG/USHA/Almonard

Supply and fix LED Tube light 1X20 Watt universal battern type with and including connecting 3 core 1Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor color of sheve matching to fitting and connecting from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge. ROAD WORK:-Material and labour for WMM in two layers 150mm thick(75mm each)watered, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber to form a true surface all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL:-Material and labour for DECPE pipe 150mm Inner dia and 172.50Outer dia laid in concrete bed complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Internal Water Supply :- Supply and fix Stop cock 25mm bore with wall flange ceramic disc cartridge with plain knob complete of make Jaquar cat part No CQT-24081 or equivalent in Zolotto/Prayag all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Stop cock angular 15mm bore with wall flange complete of make Jaquar Cat part No CQT-23059 or equivalent in Zolotto/Prayag all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Bip tap with wall flange complete of make Jaquar Cat part No CQT-23047 or equivalent in Zolotto/Prayag all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Health faucet/ hand shower with 8 mm dia, wall hook and easy flexible tube in crome finish1.5m long with nuts complete of make Jaquar cat part No ALD573 and SHA 571 or equivalent in Zolotto/Prayag all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY:- Cutting the existing DI water supply pipe line 150mm dia and inserting and including Tee 150x150x100 mm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Install, test and commissioning Pump set mono block type, 36metre head, 2LPS(Approx 3HP) electric driven 3 Phase 415V including PCC foundation, platform, MS base frame with fixing nuts bolts, adequate length of suitable suction pipe of CPVC with jointing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Install DOL starter, panel type 3HP with inbuilt overload protection relay, Ammeter, voltmeter, LED Indicators, SPP etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of brick masonry valve chamber of internal dimensions 900 x 900 x 900 mm, bottom floor of the pit shall be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15 cm thick with 20 mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 mm thick. The top cover of the pit shall be made out of MS sheet min 3 mm thick with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with 02 nos steel hinges and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY:- Supply and lay LT UG cable XLPE insulated galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor cable of size 3.5 core 400Sqmm and making cable connection with cable glands, lugs, nut, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix automatic gunmetal air release valve 50mm dia including 50mm gun metal stop valve complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed FRLS cable galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric control cables (heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm 2 core 1100 volts grade with ISI marked, red in colour for fire alrm system and laid on wall/roof/trench etc with necessary fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning of Analog Addressable type Active Loop Repeater (Loop power/external power) Fire terminal with inbuit turbo isolator, Backlit LCD Display 6x40 characters display,having Controls For Reset, Mute, Accept , Silence alarms and Self Test, with programmable free keys and Duly Approved by EN54/LPCB/VDS/FM complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

ARBORICULTURE:-Supply only approved earth for planting of grass all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Surface excavation, removal and moorum filling shall be measured under Schedul 'A Part II

Supply only River sand all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming approved earth and sand in required proportion as directed for planting of grass in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick including supply and mixing of ½ kg/sqm of cow dung,0.25kg/sqm of bone meal and 15 grams/sqm of insecticides all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Excavation of pits of size 30 x 30 x 30 cm size in loose soil and filling the pit with mixture of approved earth and river sand in the proprotion of 1 :3 by Volume , mixed with 2 kg of cowdung powder , 100 gms of bone meal and 10 gms of insecticide [ Furadan] and removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
