The following works are to be carried out for construction of 132KV& 33KV associated Bays for 63MVA T/F at 132KV Substation Bareilly-II (Balipur) along with other associated works as per Technical Specifications and direction of the Supervising Engineer with safety of men and material including the cost of all skilled labour, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. required for proper completion of the work as per details given below :
Supply of 33 KV Isolators clamps made of LM-6 Aluminum Alloy suitable for twin moose conductor.
Supply of 132 KV Isolators clamps made of LM-6 Aluminum Alloy suitable for Twin panther conductor.
Supply of PG clamp dully made of LM-6 Aluminum Alloy suitable for ACSR Moose to ACSR Panther Conductor complete with 16x90 mm GI Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain washers as per sample.
Supply of PG clamp dully made of LM-6 Aluminum Alloy suitable for ACSR Panther to ACSR Panther Conductor complete with 16x90 mm GI Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain washers as per sample.
Supply of Spacer for 250 mm spacing for 33 KV jumper LV bushing to 33 KV Main Bus of Twin Moose Conductor made of LM6 Aluminium Alloy, with 12 mm dia HDG Nuts, Bolts & washers.
Erection of Lattice type main & auxiliary structures, their respective beams as per drawing/BOM is to be carried out by contractor. All the duly stacked members of structure are to be shifted from store to work site, tightening of nuts, bolts, washers, fastening of beams applying standard practice. Beams are to be fastened on the proper alignment with existing columns including cost of all labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.
Erection of equipments in proper alignment and with complete adjustment in switchyard on the erected structures as per manufacturers drawing or as per direction of supervising engineer, after leveling including shifting the equipments from store to working site etc. along with their junction boxes, control cubicles, and accessories and all related works to complete the erection work. All required T&P, skilled labours, crane/Hydra etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
HV Side (In 132KV Switchyard):
(a) 145KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker including erection of structure and CB Poles.
(b) 145KV CT
(c) 145KV Bus Isolator with Post insulator with complete adjustment
(d) 120KV Lightning Arrestor with Surge Counter

Opening of trench covers, Laying and dressing of following size control cable on the cable racks in trenches from Control and Relay panel to various equipments for AC/DC connection of C.B, C.T., PT, Isolators, junction boxes including Shifting of Cable Drums from store to Erection Site & Shifting Back the Balance Cables to Stores again placing back the opened trench covers.

Termination of various sizes above laid Control Cables as per cable schedule and interconnection diagram, Extending D.C. Supply from DCDB and A.C. Supply from ACDB to Control Panels &Equipments including Drilling of Holes wherever required, fixing of perforated cable tray, Providing & Fixing of different size Cable Glands, Ferrules & Crimping type Lugs including cost of all required skilled Technician, T&P for proper completion of work.
Diamond Earthing of Lightning Arrestors:
Excavation of Trench in Rectangular shape around L.A. structures for Diamond Earthing for 03 Nos. 120KV LAS by Fabrication of 06 Nos. 3 Meter long Electrodes with 36mm/40mm dia. M.S. Round having 150 mm long conical Shape, its Piercing Vertically in Ground with top 700 mm below ground level, Jointing Electrodes with 75×10 mm M.S. Flat by proper Welding. Two No. risers of 75×10 mm M.S. Flat shall be welded with existing main earth mat to Auxiliary structure, one separate riser will be taken from the laid earth mat to corresponding L.A. through surge counter for making of proper Mesh. Painting of the Shielding Mesh/Earthing Strips with anti-corrosive Paint and back filling of excavated trench including the cost of labour, T&P etc.

Round having 150 mm long conical Shape, its Piercing Vertically in Ground with top 700 mm below ground level, Jointing Electrodes with 75×10 mm M.S. Flat by proper Welding. Two No. risers of 75×10 mm M.S. Flat shall be welded with existing main earth mat to Auxiliary structure, one separate riser will be taken from the laid earth mat to corresponding L.A. through surge counter for making of proper Mesh. Laying, tensioning and Stringing of All three phases of 132KV Jack Bus having section length 30 Meter with SingleACSR Panther conductor along with fixing of suitable Bolted type Tension/Suspension fittings, making of Insulator string by jointing 120KN Porcelain Discs (10 Nos.) as per standard practice, Hoisting of Insulator string on AXM type beams including the cost of labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.
Making and dragging out of Vertical/Horizontal/required all type of associated jumpers from equipments to equipments and vertically from Line to Main/Transfer/Jack Bus Bar with ACSR moose/ Zebra/ Panther conductor, fitting of suitable clamps including cutting, bending and straightening of conductor to give the proper shape including cost of all required consumable material, T&P, labour etc.
Earthing of following main and auxiliary structure, equipments and Panels with the help of specified size M.S. flat along with cutting ,bending and straightening of M.S. flat to give it proper shape, painting of all type of joints, risers, strips, with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of green enamel paint in all side of surfaces as per drawing of earthing and standard practice including cost of all required consumable material, T&P, labour etc.
(a) Earthing with 75X10mm M.S. Flat.
(b) Earthing with 50X6mm M.S. Flat.
(c) Earthing with 25X6mm M.S. Flat.
