Material & Labour for cleaning of RCC overhead tank of capacity 10000 gallon on 15 Mtr staging from inside, removing of dust/sand/mud/algae deposits, making it free from algae growth by scrapping and washing with water including or cleaning of the out side surfaces and area surrounding the tank including drains etc. applying two coats of lime white washing on all the internal surfaces of the tank, two coats of cement base on external surfaces including staging complete and one of synthetic enamel paint over old painted surfce of steel & iron including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall write Tank cleaning date with synthetic enamel paint. Rate quoted shall be deemed to incuded this and nothing extra shall be paid on this acconut.

Material & Labour for de-watering of 100000 gallon capacity under ground water sump including removing fungus, scales slurry etc from the inside wall of the sump, taking out sludge, mud clay deposited at the bottom of the sump and removing the same to a distance not less than 50 mtr, washing the walls of the sump with water and chemical salt as bleaching powder etc and applying one coat of white wash on internal surfaces of UG sump, two coats of cement base paint on all external surface of tank and one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted surfce of steel & iron including preparation of surfaces and making a block of suitable size on the top roof of the sump with black synthetic enamel paint including writing the date of cleaning of tank with white synthetic enamel paint in bold and capital letters complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for repair and overhauling of elect motor 30 HP capacity installed with pump set at pump house, Haldwani comprising of the following works :- (a) Dismantling of 30 HP elect motor 3 phase, 440 volts from foundation and taking away local works shop and transporting back the same after repairs. (b) Opening of motor winding, cutting of burnt coils and cleaning of slots complete all as specified and directed. (c) Applying one coat of red oxide primer, fixing of packing with Pnumax paper and green sheet of glass cloth, rewinding with suitable gauge of super enamelled insulated wire (Appx qty- 14 Kg) (d) Making suitable connections for three phase wiring complete all as specified and directed.
