Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

PCC Work - with 1:4:8 grade concrete using 100 mm maximum size and down graded aggregate below foundations, base slab, plinth beams, walls etc.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.“(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel 75x75x6 Angle for corner Fencing Mesh

Chain link fabric fencing mesh of size 25x25 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 3 mm

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Dismanteling of Cable Stand, Neutal Stand and Structure including Fabrication cutting and welding work at 33/33 kv Sub Station

Dismateling of 5 MVA Transformer .i.e Radiator, Conservator tank opening of jumper cable all assesries conservator tank vent pipe and earthing and draning of t/f oil from radiator

Dismanteling of Isolator Bus bar and other structure as required to provide space for replacement of 05 mva power transforers in the switch yard area

Mannual Shifiting of other assesries like concertator tank radiator and oil from unloading point to plinght with the helf of crane

Shifting of 05 MVA T/f from plinght to outside switchyard at proper place with mannual pulling and help of two nomber of hydrlic crane

Construction of 5 Mva T/F Plinght with construction of special plingth with excavation pcc concrete shutting steel with size of 4.1 dia x 3 mtr delth (as per attached detials measerment)

Mannual Shifting of other assesries line Conservator tank, rediator and oil from unloading point to plinth with the help of crane

Shifting of 05 mva T/f from plinth to outside switchyard at proper place with mannual pulling and help of 2 nos of hydrolic crane

Installation of 05 Mva T/F plinth and erection of all assesries ie raditor conservator tank vent pipe ete with the help of crane fitting cable etc and reffling of fresh oil in raditor and conservator tank

Erection of cable stand neutal stand incl fabrication cutting and welding etc

Re Erection of Isolator bus bars and other structure as required to provice space for replacement of 05 MVA power t/f in switchyard area
