The entire site for construction of boundary wall shall be handed over to contractor on the date of commencement of work. However, considering the safety of existing synthetic track in the command stadium, contractor shall be allowed to execute 60m wall at a time and after completion of each 60m work only next 60m can be executed and so on. 2. The command stadium synthetic track is at distance of 1.0 to 1.5m from boundary wall. Hence contractor has to take proper care during execution of work so that the work shall not damage the track in anyway. Any damage caused to the track due tocarelessness of contractor /labours shall be make good by the contractor at his/their own expenses. 3. The view cutters/temporary barricade with new PGI sheet (without any gap) shall be provided between boundary wall and synthetic track upto a height of approx 4m. The view cutters/temporary barricade shall be supported and fixed on MS frame work to avoid topple down to synthetic track in case of high wind. Synthetic track / Floor at the location of work (ie 60m length at a time with additional 10m on either side) to be covered with new tarpaulin to avoid damage. The cost of view cutters and tarpaulin shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. After completion of work material of view cutter and tarpaulin shall be contractors property only. 4. Excavation shall be carried out manually to avoid damage to synthetic track, Footpath, LT/HT cables etc. Sheet pile to be provided for earth retention / support of sub base of Synthetic track during excavation as required. 5. The contractor shall submit following documents / drawing of boundary wall considering the site condition / constrains through Engineer-in-Charge for obtaining approval of User unit before commencement of work. (a) Layout plan (b) Design / drawing of the boundary wall and grill, SS Alphabets as specified in BOQ. (Indicative sketch 'A' forming part of CA may be referred for guidance only. The work shall be executed as per final drawing approved by the GE).
