Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level including floor finishes and removing debris from the site all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling glazed tiles/ kota stone/ terrazzo tiles any type as in dado/ skirting etc; including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors/ levelling course to floors/ sub base under floors finished rough and prepared to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm (+ 2mm) thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mirror polished machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and on pillars laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC hollow wall lining interlocking type 5-7mm thick plain/ coloured, fitted into the wall with PVC rawal plugs and steel screws including fillets on joints as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- If any minor electricial fittings and fixtures disturbed therein, the same will be fixed to match per as existing.)

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor / outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and within built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality capacity 2.0 TR, single phase minimum 3 star rated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor / outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality capacity 1.5 TR, single phase minimum 3 star rated complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Voltage stablizer for automatic operation, single phase neutrally air cooled indoor / wall mounted type and designed for input variation between 90 V to 300 V with output voltage stablized at 230V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 9 above but of capacity 5 KVA

S&F MCB protected socket box for AC including 16/20 Amps MCB SP or SPN all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

S&F of copper tubing heavy duty with insulation of inner dia 6.0 mm (1/4") for refrigerant for ACs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Distribution Board, double Door, made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, TPN 04 way, 415 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof, suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc and making all necessary connections, duly flush of wall surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of MCB, C Curve type, 10 kA, 100 Amp, TPN with over load and short circuit protection, complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB, C Curve type, 10 kA, 6 to 32 Amp, Single Pole with over load and short circuit protection, complete all as directed.

M&L for (PVC Conduit) sub main wiring with 2 run of 4 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable with and incl 4 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB, drawn in to separate casing caping medium grade, ISI marked, non metallic PVC 20 mm size incl all accessories & fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc, and making good of disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Two run of 4 Sq.mm. and one run of 4 Sq.mm (earth wire) cable

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables or laying of pipe,errection of poles, struts / stays etc including taking out cable cover or stone slab,unsv cable etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L sand cushioning to undergound cable using tibba sand and gently punning for cushioning to cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover , Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying steel tubing 'light grade 'galvanised 32 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated any type of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
