WATER TREATMENT PLANT: Designing (aesthetically), Providing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of Water Treatment Plant of the scope of work includes the C/O 0.59 MLD Capacity WTP Capable to treat the raw water of the quality specified in the basic design data to produce clear water as per the requirement of CPHEEO mannual on WS & Treatment. The WTP shall be include the C/O Raw water tank, inlet chamber, V-Notch, mixing channel, Parashal flume, pre-setting tank, flocculator,alum solution / mixing tank and dosing arrangement, rapid sand filter complete with back wash water arrangement, clear water tank, complete disinfectioin arrangement with bleaching powder, plant building (for chemical store cum dosing room, water testing laboratory cum attendent room & toilet) supply of laboratory equipment, piping, valves mechanical/electrical equipment, electric wiring and panel board, sanitation, interconnecting paths, site development upto a min. of 3 m form edge of battery limit of plant & including automation of scheme from WTP to MST (SCADA) based, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Refer Technical specifications Part-I & Data Sheet 1.0 & 2.0 & automation Technical specifications Part-II, Data sheet-3).

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/ hard rock or chiseling wedging, out soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited i/c all leads and lifts complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Pick work 50 % and Jumper work 50 %)

Excavation in foundation and trenches (For pipes and pits) up to all depths and in all classification of each work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting soft or hard rock or chiselling or wedging out of soft/ hard rock, where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required. Stacking usable and unusable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads/lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work including all leads and lifts: a) Foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work including all leads and lifts: a) Foundation and Plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Veritcal surface such as wall ( any thickness) partion and the like including attached pilaster, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm thick cement plaster on rough sides of brick/stone masonery convrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth in cm 1:4 (1cement:4sand) with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

6 mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand in roof slabs.with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 sand) with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade I/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Finishing wall with water profing cement paint weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved brand and manufacture and of rerquired shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly brushing cleaning the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.and foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete in all respect as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1.4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc.,complete in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying vitrified tiles 400 x400x6.80 mm thick in flooring, treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm. thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) jointing with cement slurry complete in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,greese,dirt and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting.Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink. as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel ready mixed paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering & stoping with animal paint other then white and as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts.

Applying one coat of Acrylic primer (Spectrum or equivalent of Superior quality) on new concrete masonry/plastred surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matters, sand papering the surface smooth complete in all respect including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.
