Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with Hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg. (Zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using one part of bitumen emulsion SS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology Tera prime emulsion @ 1% (One percent) of weight of emulsion by mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 505 and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and laying 25 mm (twenty five millimetre) thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of deck slab excluding prime coat with paving grade bitumen V- 30 ( thirty) meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 9.5 mm (nine decimal five millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum (zero decimal zero zero five ) per 10 sqm (ten squre metre) and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm (ten squre metre) center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100 deg. C, protruding 1 mm (one millimetre) to 4 mm (four millimetre) over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515. including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts of materials and other. incidentals. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
