Zone -A 1.19 MLD Near Kotli-Ward No-7

(a) Survey, Design, Site Develpoment & Construction of Sewage treatment plant of 1.19 MLD Capacity based on latest MBBR technology compressing of integrated natural treatment system, including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs and drawings planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The sewage treatment plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD=350mg/litre & suspended solids=650mg/litre and the characteristics of treated/disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. pH=6.5-9, BOD<10mg/litre, COD<50mg/litre, TSS<50mg/litre, Faecal Coliform (MPN/1000 ml) <100, N-Total< 10mg/litre, NH4-N<5 mg/litre. The scope of work includes construction of Inlet Chamber (1 No) , Screen Chamber (2 No), Grit Channel (2 No), Distribution Box (1 No), Anoxic Reactor (2 No), Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor Unit (2 No, MCRT 40 Days, Nitrification), Tube Settler (2 No), Constructed Wetlands for nitrogen and phosphorous removal (4 Nos, Depth 1.5 meter), Sludge Drying Beds (6 No) with covering arrangements with polycarbonate sheet (6mm Thick), constructed wetland (Rootzone System), Multi Media Filter, Chlorine Contact Tank, Interconnectivity pipe of STP and Effluent Pipe, Boundary Wall with Fencing Panel round the STP yard (P&F), Steel Gate (P&F), Interconnecting Path , Railing and Access Ladder, Lab & JE accomodation (plinth area 100.00 Sqm), providing and installation of Electro-Mechanic equipment’s, DG set for Electricity backup up to 40 KVA capacity (1 No) with all required accessories, providing and fixing of yard lighting solar light around STP with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (as per chapter Number VI(a),VI(b),VI(c) including Six months of successful trial run as per the provisions of manual on sewerage and sewage treatment publish by (CPHEEO Manual (latest edition). The design of various unit shall confirm to relevaent codes and specifications. All the hydraulic structure shall be designed and constructed in RCC M 30 (but not less than 1:1:2) (b) Providing and fixing of automation and online sewerage monitoring system including COD/BOD/TSS/turbidity/PH & conductivity analyzer complete in all respect, including entire carrige of materials all leads and lifts, installation and testing at site with entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. (all instruments to be installed shall be digital as per CPCB/HPSPCB/NGT/CPHEEO

Zone -B 0.35 MLD Near Forest Colony Ward No-5

Survey, Design, Site Development, Construction, Supplying, Installation, Hydraulic, Testing & Commissioning of Bio-Digester 0.35 MLD capacity, reed beds, Chambers and Sludge drying beds as per the design requirement of CPHEEO Manual relevant IS codes etc. along with piping work, connectivity, valves, accessories machinery, DG set for electricity backup up to 25 kVA (1 No) change over switch arrangements painting in side, out side, disposal of effluent to near by drain with pipe/convey pipe of proper size, length and specification, path ways, approach path connecting nearby road. Providing & Fixing arrangement, solar light. The cost shall include provision for anaerobic bacterial inoculum, Bio-Media, Dual Media Filter, reed bed plants & bed preparation, construction of boundry wall and nothing extra shall be paid on this account, including trial run for Six months alongwith defect liability period as per satisfaction of Engineer Incharge.

Operation & Maintenance of Sewerage Treatment Plant 1.19 MLD capacity based on MBBR Technology in Zone A and Bio-Digester 0.35 MLD capacity in Zone-B including civil, electrical, mechnical, instrumentation, DG sets including fuel, lighting arrangements, waste water testing laboratary, landscaping, gardening all ancillary works. The O & M shall include cost of mininum labour defined under operating procedure, cost of chemicals, minor repair of wornout/damaged parts of civil, electrical, mechnical and instrumentation equipments. The effluent standards laid down by the statutary bodies shall be strictly followed, failing which penelities as specifed in general terms and conditions shall be levid. The sewerage scheme shall be run as per the terms and conditions laid down here in the operating procedure and Sewerage Manual of CPHEEO for a period of Six Months after completion of trial run.
