S/R TO DUSMILE CHOWK TO MACHHIMURA ROAD FROM CH 0/000 KM TO 2/100 KM AND 3/500 TO 6/600 KM SUCH AS POTHOLE REPAIR IN THE DISTRICT OF BARGARH FOR 2025-26

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest revision ).

Providing & applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surfaceof granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per Clause- 502 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(Latest revision ).

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.30Kg/ Sqm on prepared bituminous surface using mechanical means as per Clause- 503 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(Latest revision ).

Providing Bituminous Macadam of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, preparing preemixed materials with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per clauses 501 and 505 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, preparing preemixed materials with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per clauses 501, 503 and 507 of MORT&H

Providing compacted granular materials in shoulder by using moorum as per Clause 407 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).
