15th FCG ADP Untied/2023-24 (2nd Instalment)

Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location or disposal of unserviceable soil with all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MORT&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply ,delivery and Lowering of 150mm dia R.C.C Plain end pipes NP-2 Class R.C.C Socket and Spigot Pipes Conforming to B.I.S 458/2003 at Ex-Factory (Rate per meter of effective length ) excluding transportation and all taxes and carefully into the trenches laying them true to alignment and gradient, jointing with rubber rings and testing including filling with water with a water lead upto 500 meters including cost of rubber rings as per BIS No. 783/19

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBT (Trap) material confirming to Grading - V of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBT (Trap) crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Construction of VCC M30 grade design mix un-reinforced, expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per IS codes, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 21- days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification. (Note: - Payment will be released only after satisfactory core results of the concrete strength for 28 days as per IS code).

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking or cement concrete of manholes of Unreinforced cement concrete upto 15 cm thicknes and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 metres lead including cost and conveyance of all labour charges and complete etc., Complete.

Brick Masonry in C.M (1:3) prop. Using Common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table-1 of IS:1077-1992 Non- Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including cost and conveyance, seignorage fee, mixing of cement mortar, and laying of bricks and mortar to specified thickness, watering, curing including scaffolding, hire and operational charges of machinery, all labour charges and all water lead charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supply, Delivery and Fixing of H.D.-10 with 560mm dia. Clear opening manhole covers and frames with ISI marking anywhere in A.P., F.O.R. destination including, loading, un-loading & stacking at site but excluding central excise duty, sales tax, octroi and other Govt. levies etc., as applicable.

Providing concrete for Plain Cement concrete grade M 20 (1:2:4) Nominal mix in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

Plastering 12mm thick with Cement mortar C.M (1:3) prop. including cost of conveyance of all materials to site and excluding seignorage fee, including screening mixing and laying, finishing with sponge finish and watering, curing including all labour charges etc., complete as per s.s for finished item of work.

Supply and Filling of Side Berms with Gravel complying with standard specifications including cost and conveyance of Gravel to site to work Labour charges, Watering tamping, ramming etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.
