SCHEDULE A CIVIL WORKS Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in as in ridges, valley, eaves, etc with self tapping screws as specified.

Material and labour for use and waste formwork to to soffits of suspended slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick ( Horizontal or sloping) . surfaces rough finished complete all as specified.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete type M-25, Design Mix (20 mm graded aggregate) in but in landings, cover slabs( for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified. Note : Design Mix shall be as per approved Design Mix of CWE/CE's running contracts.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars (TMT) 8/10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified.

Material and labour 18-20 mm thick Granite jet black colour ( of any type) work ( table rubbed and polished) in for wall lining ( vennering to wall) 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured/ digital print tiles size (300 x 450 mm/ 300 x 200mm, 6 to 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. ( screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor ).

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying wall care white (Putty) and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted over one coat of alkaline resistant primer ( before application of cement base paint) of walls including washing floors, etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surafces of wall and applying three coats of white wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Material and labour for prepolished chemically treated coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors and steps with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing ; scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of ceiling including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated distempered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and distempering walls by applying one coat of acrylic based distemper emulsion of any tint/shade complete all as specified.

Taking down existing tarfelt including tiles, lime concrete and screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof , cleaning the surface by wire brushing to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement for receiving treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatrment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.) (iv) Treatment shall be done by authorise applicator of the firm (v) Cutting grooves in brick wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and sloping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3.

Supply and fixed in repairs vitreous china wash basin (WHB) , white , flat back, size 550 mm x 400 mm (1st quality) including brackets, waste fittings, brass Chromium plated for glazed basins etc. with long screw shanks and fly nuts, flange end embedded in red lead cement , including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but but incl providing brackets, waste pipe & CP waste coupling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs pillar taps, fancy type, cast copper alloy , with capstan heads, chromium plated , screwed down for 15 mm bore pipe,high pressure , with or without l'ettered ' 'HOT' or 'COLD' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts , screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs PTMT connections 15 mm size with PVC nuts of length 450 mm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed fixed in repairs Towel Rail 450mm long of PTMT fixed with and including Chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats .(Minimum weight 170gms complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repair CP stop cock fancy type, screwed down for 15 mm bore dia. pipe, high pressure, with crutch handle , screwed externally both ends for unions etc. and fixed complete all as specified .

Supply and fixed in repairs of stop valve 15 mm dia CP fancy type, with long shank and cup (concealed type) cast copper alloy, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases in brick work, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades,shelves, lintels,etc; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc.,and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs low level flushing cistern (dual-flush), 9-10 litres capacity ISI marked embossed moulded from virgin poly propylene including flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing and removal of unserviceable pipe from work site,15 mm bore dia all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs vitreous China white Squatting pan ,'Orissa' pattern size 580 mm x 440 mm with integral footrests water closet) with 'P' or 'S' trap front or back inlet complete including lime concrete for bedding, connection to drain pipe and to flushing pipe , anti syphonage pipe etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs of Vitreous China bowl urinal flat back, size of 465x355x265 mm White ( minimum) including providing and fixing plugs, bedding the urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement and providing grating and union for discharge pipe including 32mm bore PVC discharge pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq.m and n exc 2 sq.m each and including removing material from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supply & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing and as directed.

Supply and Fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side as gap insert for top rails bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitting in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drg and as directed.

Supply and fixed stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of untreated new wooden surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, (1st quality) with a coat of pink primer all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed 1:3:6 type C-2 to 75 mm dia bore drain pipes including packing, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified.

Materials and labour for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6.00 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core flame retardant cable (FRLS) of working voltage 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor including one run of 6.00 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed flame retardant cable (FRLS) with stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire connected to main switches DBs or in common earth dolly, drawn through and including PVC rigid non- metallic PVC consealed conduit ISI marked , medium garde of adequate size with all conduit accessories ISI marked as required complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable / burnt / damaged one. [NOTE : Two run of sub main wiring cable along with one run of earth wire and one run of PVC Conduit / casing and capping shall be measured as one length]

Supply & fix sheet metal enclosure for 8 way Distribution Boards (DB’s), double door , single pole and neutral bus bar, including bus bar neutral link, earth bar and din rail, IP-43, IK-09 protection including gasket and door earthing suitable for fixing MCBs/isolators fixed on wall surface and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall and connecting up including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairsstreet light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia 1.2 mtr length bent to shape and reduced to required size at top upto 1.2 mtr length by cutting, welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 25 x 5 mm suitable length 2 Nos complete with drilling, hole, fixing with nuts bolts and washers including painted with two coats aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing, testing LT underground electric power cable crossed linked XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured / PVC insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade 25 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / laid under floor or fixed to walls/on poles / in ducts etc including aluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut & bolts with washer and taking down of old unserviceable cables and bricks complete all as specified Note: (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick / tiles / block and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items)

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes,pier holes,sewage line, UG cables etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for laying well burnt old size bricks, fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Boring/Drilling ( horizontally) manually under existing road ( maximum 10 M in width) suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 100 mm bore complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings of 40 mm bore dia, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI wire lead 4 mm dia as earth wire electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth wire encased in and including 15 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Supply and fixed in repairs epoxy powder coated sheet metal enclosure for DBs, double door (when MCBs to be used), triple pole and neutral 415 V, 4 ways with mounting fitted with bus bar, DIN channel , neutral link and incoming contact complete all as directed.
