Installation and Commissioning of one no. of Centre Line Thickness Gauge in HSM-2.

• 1. The bidder should have carried out supply, installation and commissioning of a centre line thickness gauge / multi function profile gauge to any Hot Strip Mill/Hot Rolling Mill in any Steel Plant (PSU/Railways/Govt. Organization/ State or Central Utility Grid or a Public Limited Company/Joint Venture Company where at least one of the partners shall be Central or State Government Organization/ PSU) in India during the last seven (7) years, as on the date of NIT.

• 2. As per Domestically Manufactured Iron & Steel Products Policy-2025 (Revised in May 2025), the minimum domestic content of Capital Goods (%) should be minimum 50%.

Bidder shall:

a) Self-certify the local content as per form-1 pertaining to Appendix-A and Appendix-B as defined in the DMI & SP policy, at the time of bidding.

b) Provide a certificate from the statutory auditor or cost auditor of the company (in case of companies) or from a practicing cost accountant or practicing chartered accountant (in respect of suppliers other than companies) declaring that the capital goods (Appendix-B) to be used in iron & steel industry are domestically manufactured in terms of the domestic value addition prescribed. (Refer DMI &SP Policy dated 26.05.2025).

• a) The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2025 should not be less than Rs.166 Lakhs. Turnover shall have the meaning ascribed to in section 2(91) of the Companies Act, 2013 or its subsequent revisions.

• b) Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year ending 31st March 2025, as per audited annual accounts.
