Excavation for road way in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/ mechanical means, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, soft rock, hard rock chiseling or wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes, camber, super elevation and levels shown as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge complete in conformity with the requirements of MORD Technical Specification clause 302,304 and 1603 and sorting out and stacking of useful materials with in all leads and lifts of material in acquired road width and transporting of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to required width of road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or by mechanical means including leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stones to the tune of 86.92 cubic meter quantity at the rate of Rs. 300/- only (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic meter shall be effected from the contractor running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him to the extent of damage occurred in all cases. Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of road structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown on the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and obstructions necessary for placing the foundations, trimming, leveling ramming and watering bottom of excavation and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 305 and 1603.4 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site obtained from approved source or roadway cutting and excavation from drains and foundation of all other structures, graded and compacted to meet requirement, including setting out, true to the lines, grades, width and side slopes in accordance with drawings, including spreading the embankment material with motor –Grader in successive layers of 200mm (two hundred millimeter) uniform thickness, and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) Tonne static weight to meet the requirements of table 300.1 & 300.2 of MORD technical specification clause 301 and 1603.5 and as per the entire satisfactions and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, GST, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) (forty millimeter nominal size) for plain/cement concrete in all heights/depths, in open foundation or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete in open foundation and the like etcetera complete, as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 &1200 as per the satisfaction and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment Retaining wall/Breast wall, Wing walls and the like with approved granular materials complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1604.7 and section 300 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm (One Hundred millimeter) dia PVC pipe Weep Holes in brick masonry/plain /reinforced concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV:20H ( One vertical : twenty Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614, 709, 1206 and as per the directions and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm(Forty millimeter)nominal size), in or under water in open foundation for all type of structure and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water)including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days and as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) Nominal mix 1:2½:5 (one cement isto two and half sand isto five graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) in Abutments and parapet, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, in Abutments and parapets etcetera including cost of form work and curing complete as per MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying flooring rubble stone laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto three sand) over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1303 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) Nominal mix 1:2½:5 (one cement isto two and half sand isto five graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, for founation and plinth and concrete cradle bedding Type-A under pipe and the like, etcetera including cost of form work and curing complete as per MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & 1100 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth filling in foundation, trenches and for Earth cushion over Hume pipe culverts etcetera with earth obtained from approved quarry approved by Engineer-in-Charge including thoroughly watering ramming/ compacting with suitable equipment, in layers not exceeding 150mm (One Hundred fifty millimeter) in thickness complete as per MORD technical specification as per clause 1101 complete and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying (to level or slope) 900mm dia (Nine hundred millimeter) diametre reinforced cement concrete light duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-2 for culverts on first class bedding or granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement isto two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, pipe bedding concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1106 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, GST, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure complete including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including the cost of binding wire as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1001, 1206 and as per the directions and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 1001, 1401 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete Grade-M-20 (M-Twenty) designed mix with cement contents not less than 330 kgs. (three hundred thirty kilograms) per cubic meter with 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in Bed Block, dirt wall and the like etcetera for all heights, including cost of form work and curing complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced work as per MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade-M20 (M-Twenty) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeters nominal size) in or under water in open foundation for all types of structure and the like in Catchpit flooring etcetera, including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water complete including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete Grade-M25 (M-Twenty Five) designed mix with minimum cement contents of 400 kgs. (four hundred kilograms) per cubic meter with 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in Wheel Guard and Deck slab and the like up to all heights, including cost of form work and curing complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement for Reinforced work as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 complete and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain-cement concrete, Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size) in or under water in drain all Type of structure, such as Drains and the like including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering removal of the slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths, including cost of form work complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Loosening original ground upto thirty centimetre below sub-grade level and compacting by rolling with Road rollar 8-10kN static weight at OMC to achieve the required density as per Tables 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD Technical Specification section 300 and as per direction and the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of sub grade and earthen Shoulder with approved materials obtained from borrow pits within all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per MORD technical specification clause 407 including hauling of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of Gravel/Granular sub base/base 125mm (one hundred twenty five millimeter) compacted thickness by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size 80mm (eighty millimeter) Type ‘A’ conforming to table 2.3 of IRC- SP-77 -2008 and spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with tractor mount appropriate rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (eighty – Hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specification clause 401 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504.as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, GST,sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilogramme) per square meter of road surface as per MORD Technical specification clause 502 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogramme) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 503, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm(thirty millimetre) compacted thick bituminous concrete with min 40-60 TPH hot mix batch type/drum type plant with electronic control Grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (Trirteen Millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5% of mix weight transported to site,laid with censor paver finisher hydrulic with censor control to the required grade level and aligment over a previously prepered surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity or pneumatic type roller of 12-15 with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56mpa for interediat rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Tecnical specification clause No.509 including hauling of material in all leads lift as per entir satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-Charge including carriage of material withen all leads,lifts and other incidental. Providing and erecting reinforcement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated Grade M-15 (M-fifteen), in ordinary kilometer stone ( precast ) of standed design as per IRC :8 fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per Drawing and MORD technical specification section 1700 including hauling of materials materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and erecting reinforcement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated Grade M-15 (M-fifteen), in 200 mtr (two hundred metre ) stone ( precast ) of standed design as per IRC :8 fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per Drawing and MORD technical specification section 1700 including hauling of materials materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board (six hundred millmetre equilateral triangle board) as per IRC:67 600mm equilateral triangle board made of 1.5 mm (one point five millimetre) thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65mm (sixty five millimetre) width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mmx47mm (Forty seven millimetre into forty seven millimetre) by 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 (M-fifteen) grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, (four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimetre) 600mm (six hundred millimetre) below ground level as per approved drawing section 1701.2.2 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message,letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701Direction and place indentification signs up to 0.9 sqm size board Size (0.60X0.60=0.54 Sqm) 6.580 * 0.54 = 3.55 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
