M&L for preparing old black top surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud, etc., swee-ping with brooms and finally fanning cleaned surface with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt, etc., priming tack coat with bituminous primer at 5kg/10 sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with Minimum 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using bitumen as per design mix materials and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with mechanical mixer & plant/paver and laying machine and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required level gradient, camber and super elevation uniform and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed

Scarifying or picking existing gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for premix BM (consolidated thickness not exceeding 75mm) thick using binder content @ 4.50 % paving bitumen of any penetration laid/rolled compacted to req gradient & camber with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting lines, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exc. 10 cm wide by applying 2 mm thick thermoplastic road marking paint of specified shade/colour either continious or broken lines to the required width and length over the existing painted furfaces/ new bituminous surfaces with solvent based thermoplastic road marking paint using semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine driven by exparienced operator on road inlcuding all materials, labour, T&P and cleaning dirt, seals, oil, greases and foreign materials etc of road surface complete all as specified as directed.(Note thermoplastic road marking paint shall be applied as per manufactures instruction alongwith MORTH technology and speciality)

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 128mm x 110mm x 30mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 971-P fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono crystafie solar panel 2.4V /0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery DA-110 (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactureres instructions etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal rectangular delineator post made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet rectangular OD size 75x100mm of length 1200mm. Bottom plate 2 mm thick of size 150 x 150 mm for firm grip welded to base. Top end closed with 2mm steet sheet. All coated with heat process & baked to 120 degree centigrade or powder coated to make all waether resistant. At top and bottom sides diamond grade cube corner micro white reflector of size 75x125mm laminated in 2mm deep cavity to make it scratch resistant. Post to have two bands all around of white reflective sheet of width 225mm by keeping black coat as bands for greater night visibility and including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in slab, shelves and stair case etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq m, putting in premix bituminious macadam, well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (9.8 kg of binder with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size), again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of potholes not exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pot holes shall be marked and checked by Engr-in-Charge for 100% quantity before commencement of work and shall also be entered in MB with reference to permanent objects before starting carpeting work.

M&L for Preparing of black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air pressure through air jet using air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc incl removing mud etc to a distance minimum 1.50m from edge of road and applying evenly a tack coat of bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface by sprayer operated hot pressure mechanisum, supplying, laying, spreading 30mm consolidated thickness of semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete carpet (VG-30) with 0.406 cum crushed and graded coarse aggregates with design mix formula with bitumen not less than 5.5% binder content using paver with mechanical paver all as specified in clause device for automatic leveling and profile control within the specified tolerance as mentioned in SSR Part-I , rolled with 8 to 10 tone powar Roller to uniform smooth surface and consolidated to required camber and gradient with power roller for uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Prorata:- For 40 mm rate - 25 mm = 15 mm thick rate = Rs.( 3828.50-2545.30) = Rs. 1283.20 For 1 mm thick = Rs. 1283.20 /15 = Rs. 85.54 therefore rate for 30 mm thick = 25 mm rate +prorata = 2545.30+(85.54x5) = Rs. 2973.00

Supplying, laying, spreading upto 75mm or less consolidated thickness of premix bituminous macadam carpet filling in depression (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in single layer using mechanical paver using bituminous binder (VG-30) at the rate 4% by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted/consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tone power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming /tack coat with paving bituminous VG-10 grade at 5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing for 1000 mm dia convex mirror fixed with mild steel pipe with all necessary assoceries for clearly visiable to the corner and curve or turning points of the road and fixing cement concrete 1:2:4 with size of block 300 mm x 300 mm x 450 mm deep including earthwork complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L Cement Concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 40 kg of cement per cubic metere, thinkness of conrete 25mm or less complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deepx 10mm wide filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed.
