Outdoor Enclosure- Construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel of thickness 2mm for load bearing member and 1.5 mm for non load bearing member with 4.00mm base frame. Outdoor Type enclosure having modular construction of galvanised sheet steel having IP 54 Degree of protection or Better for HT/LT switchgear compartment & IP 23 protection or Better for Transformer compartment. Exterior shall be painted with polyurathene paint , having door and pad locking arrangement, also having illumination Lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment. 5. Interconnection & Earting Interconnection between HT switchgear & transformer using XLPE Insulated 1 Core x 3 x 95 Sq mm HT AL Cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Suitable size Bus bars. Internal earth connections ALL ELECRICAL COMPONENTS MAKE - ABB/SCHNEIDER/L&T /Seimens.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and Laying Concrete cement Foundation having surface 4 mtr x3 mtrx 0.6mtr 1:4:8 PCC Including 4 mtr x 3 mtrx 0.3mtr excavation and disposal of excavation of soil.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supply of 3.5 core 300 sq mm aluminium armoured cable 1.1KV grade , XLPE insulated Make-KEI/Ploycab/havells/RR /Grandlay.

Supply of 3 core 95 sq mm aluminium HT cable 6.6KV/11KV grade , XLPE insulated Make-KEI/Ploycab/havells/RR /Grandlay.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
