Supply and fixing of cable glands suitable for 4 Core 70 sq.mm XLPE, Aluminium LTUG cable and termination using Aluminium socket duly crimped.

Supply and fixing of cable glands suitable for 4core 25 sq mm XLPE Aluminium LTUG cable and termination using Aluminium socket duly crimped.

Excavation of cable trench 0.3m wide x 1 m deep in ordinary soil, back filling of the excavated cable trench (after laying cable), ramming and consolidation properly.

Excavation of cable trench 0.3 m wide x 0.1 m deep (up to the depth of tarr/concrete) in tarred/concreted surface duly removing tales/Granite stone wherever applicable and back filling of the excavated cable trench After laying of cables), ramming & consolidation properly.

Concreting the top portion of the cable trench excavated in tarred/concreted surface to a depth of 10.0 cm with concrete, using 1:2:4 mix with M sand.

Supply & fixing of cast iron cable route indicator marked with " LT CABLE" including grouting with cement concrete.

Supply and laying of HDPE Pipe 75 mm dia, pressure rating up to 4PN (Material grade 9 PE 63) as per IS 4984/1995 in the excavated cable trench and threading of 4 core 70 sqmm LTUG cable. (Cable will be supplied free, departmentally at TVC and transportation will be provided by Railway. Loading and unloading operation has to be arranged by contractor).

Supply and laying of HDPE Pipe 50mm dia, pressure rating up to 4PN (Material grade 10 PE 63) as per IS 4984/1995 in the excavated cable trench and threading of 4 core 25 sqmm LTUG cable. (Cable will be supplied free, departmentally at TVC and transportation will be provided by Railway. Loading and unloading operation has to be arranged by contractor).

Design, manufacture and supply at site of 16m high mast of continuously tapering two section polygonal construction duly galvanized complete with head frame assembly, lantern carriage etc. as per specification. Including (1) Casting of suitable cement concrete foundation (RCC M25) for 16 m high mast complete with material including soil testing, cube testing of concrete mix (2) Fabrication, supply and erection of outdoor type powder coated power supply termination kiosk 11 made out of 10 SWG MS/CRCA sheet and fitted with 1 No. 32A , 100 mA RCCB, 1 No. 25A TP contactor, 2 Nos. 9A contactor and raise/lower push button, single dial time switch etc. (3) Erection, testing and commissioning of 16 m high mast including construction of mechanical protective structure around high mast with GI pipe, MS chain, cement plastering, painting etc. (4) Supply and fixing of 6 numbers of 200 Watts LED type flood light luminaire complete with driver assembly, duly wired up, including necessary wiring with single core PVC insulated copper cable of 2.5 sqmm from the cable junction box to the fittings through PVC flexible conduit.(5)Supply & fixing of LED type aviation obstruction lamp as per the detailed specification.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 8m LED Mini Mast Lighting System 12 with 6 Nos. of 200 W LED Flood light fittings including casting of suitable Cement concrete Foundation. Forward and Reverse Switch, RCCB, 3Phase Motor with suitable contactor, Timer & Push button and Control panel as per the detailed specification.

Fabrication, supply, erection and commissioning of epoxy powder coated plinth mounting type power supply bunk of size 800 x 700 x 300 made out of 10 SWG MS sheet with 13 provision for fixing 1 No. 3phase KWH meter and viewing glass and fitted with 3 numbers 125 A, 25kA, 4 pole MCCB fixed on painted suitable size angle iron supports and hylam sheets including suitable copper bus bars, internal connections using suitable copper wires and connection of UG cables. and erected on suitable cement concrete foundation as per Drg No.V/E.17/2025-26.

Provision of earthing arrangements as per drg No. V/E.G. 362 and connecting with earthing terminals by means of 2 runs of 6 SWG G.I wire.
