Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 5 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

a)1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level / Above Plinth Level.

a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Providing and Laying Precast Machine Moulded Cement concrete solid Blocks in Block Masonry of specified thickness with Blocks of grade C95) with minimum compresssive strength of 5N/mm2 and block density not less than 1800Kg/Cum conforming to IS:2185 made in cement concrte 1:4:8 ( 1cement ; 4Coarse Sand ( Crushed Stone sand ) -: 8 graded stone aggregate 12mm nominal size ) with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 Coarse Sand ( Crushed Stone sand ) -) including scaffolding,raking out joints and filling the joints with cement mortar ,finishing neatly etc.above plinth level upto all floor Level complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1cement : 6Coarse Sand ( Crushed Stone sand ) -) CC Solid block masonry : i) For Compound wall

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) :

a)Flush/ Ruled pointing

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

a) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).
