Taking down carefully ceiling/exhaust fan of any sweep, and make, and Material & labour for overhauling of same with cleaning of dust properly, opening of fan. Oiling greasing of bearing including replacement of unserviceable parts condenser, split pin etc provision of PVC copper twisted conductor three core of size 0.5 Sqmm of required length and refixing /hanging the same after overhauling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully and opening, dismantling of ceiling fans 48" sweep cutting and taking out old burnt/damaged winding/material by any means and M&L for re-winding the same with supper enamelled copper wire of existing/same SWG including all insulating material all as required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning fan with recommended quality grease/oil, re-assembling including provision of PVC copper twisted conductor three core of size 0.5 sqmm of required length and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully and opening, dismantling of exhaust fan 450mm sweep by any means and taking out old burnt/damaged winding/material by any means and material and labour for rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing/same SWG including all insulating material all as required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning fan bearing/bushing and greasing/oiling the same with recommended quality grease/oil, reassembling and testing including provision of PVC copper twisted conductor three core of size 0.5 sqmm of required length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 52 herein above but exhaust fan 380 mm sweep all as specified & directed. Note for item no.50 to 53 :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

Material & labour in replacement galvanised steel strip 25mmx4mm complete with, protection sleeves, saddles, seperator and fixing screws at surrounding inside and outside the building complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement copper strip 20mmx3mm complete with, protection sleeves, saddles, seperator and fixing screws at surrounding, inside and outside the building complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Potassium Nitrate (commercial name kalmi shora) in the earthing chambers for improvement of the existing earthing resistence complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for dismantling old LT panel and removing all the connection including copper/aluminium busbar & removing the carbon from the contacts by cleaning through CTC solution and, after disconnecting cable, replacement of the unserviceable or defective parts like rusted nuts and bolts, old damaged/corroded door hinges /door lock/bus bar, front or back door etc and reassemble the panel with all the connection properly tight and checked. Control wiring and CT PT connection of the panel shall be properly checked and made good to make the LT panel serviceable to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. Foundation if deteriorated of the panel shall be repaired with existing specifications and painting the base frame properly mounted complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply only LT panel /AMF panel/HT bus panel front /back door made of GI 3.15 mm thick with hinges and lock system complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply only copper in bus bar of existing size for LT panel including pvc Insulation ,reconnection of LT cable and seperator complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from iron surfaces of the LT panels (area to be painted 10 sqm to 25 sqm) by cleaning, rubbing, scrapping down the surfaces & prepration of surfaces with and including applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer, color of paint shall be as per the existing colour of panel complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note:- Painting to Panels Shall be carried out with spray gun equipments.

Material & labour in repairs of mild steel angle iron frame of reqd size & shape with and including necessary welding and fastenings, including one coat of black synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Pre-stressed concrete poles 9 metres long, size 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom, class 10, complying with requirement of IS-1678 of 1978 including painting the poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer in sky blue and white (15 cm high each) alternate strips upto 1.5 m height from top of PCC coping including numbering the poles in synthetic enamel paint, including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:4:8) in foundation , PCC (1:3:6) in coping , with and including dismantling the old PCC pole 9 meter, breaking the old PCC foundation and removal of all the debries out side MD land complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement of Stay assembly with galvanised stay strand of size 7/3.15mm complete with accessories including loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay plate of required size, excavation in any soil/ hard rock and PCC work etc for fixing of stay rod of 20mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & labour for Unbinding ACSR conductor and insulators from the poles and restretching/restringing & fixing the same ACSR conductor of any size on same poles and binding the same with & including the new 2mm dia aluminium binding wire and making/tightening of jumpers at appropriate place to ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- All four wires between poles shall be considered as one length. Distance between pole to pole shall be considered as length of wires for the purpose of payment.

Material & labour in repairs for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) including 22 gauge aluminium binding wire, line connections and jumper etc (Squirrel, weasel & ferret) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Weight of ACSR or all aluminium conductors drawn for overhead lines is to be determined by measuring taut horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers, etc.

Supply & fixing in repair 50mm high, 65mm dia Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair Disc type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator 1100 Volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair of 1100 Volt Current Transformer of rating 50/5 Amp complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling dry clean sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable including punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Only Punned down thickness shall be measured and paid

Laying only 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur type stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm wide and 80 cm in length received from excavation, laid dry abutting each other for under ground protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement,hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for stone aggregate of size 40mm graded laid on ground of two/four/ pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rerouting/Rearranging of existing cable of any type and any size on wall, floor, roof, ground etc using metal cable clips of different sizes and make it presentable condition as per direction by Engr-in charge.

Supply & fixing in repair FRP Junction box of size 300mmx 300mm x 150mm for street light, central with linked door control including 6 Amp MCB SP with aluminium bus bar TPN for controlling the Street Lights with and including pole mounting arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair Aluminium lugs 10 to 70 sqmm for HT/LT cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair Aluminium lugs 95 to 300 sqmm for HT/LT cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair Aluminium lugs 300 to 500 sqmm for HT/LT cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing rigid PVC, LT line spacers for four lines complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of SCRs used in thyrister switching in APFC panel all as specified and directed by engr in charge. make L&T or equivalent of makes given in appx 'B' as approved by GE.
