Demolition of Brickwork or Stone / Boulder Masonry, built in Cement Mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 2 above but except Stone complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone Pitching in Portions built in Cement Mortar including levelling the dismantled area to get the even surface by removing the vegetation etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Boulder Pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly, grouted with Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 5 above but except Boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing Precast Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry with Solid Blocks exceeding 100mm width of PCC 1:3:6, Type – C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Forming Base Surface suitable for providing Stone Pitching using approved earth / Moorum obtained from outside MD Land for filling undulations and bringing up to slopes / surface including raising [or lowering] earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watering, ramming / consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing Vegetation / Small Plants / Shrubs from the external surfaces of the Stone Pitching including uprooting complete and taking down damaged / broken / cracked / loose Cement Mortar Grouting from existing Stone Pitching, cleaning the interstices and making good the disturbed surfaces by grouting with Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out Joints / Pointing to Random Rubble or Polygonal Rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses or Stone / Boulder Pitching etc. grouted /pointed in Cement Mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Flush Pointing in Cement Mortar 1:4 to Random Rubble uncoursed or brought up to coursed Masonry / Stone / Boulder Pitching complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D–2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain / Reinforced cement concrete Type B1 [Nominal Mix] 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate Cast in Situ in Lintels up to 1.5m Span, Cills, Steps, Seismic and Other Similar Bands, Plinth Courses, String Courses, Lacing Courses, Parapets and Railings up to 60 cm in Height, Copings, Kneelers, Apex Stones, Bed Plates including Weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete [reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC 1:1½:3, Type A-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations including Rafts, Footings, Foundation Beams, Plinth Beams, Bases for Columns etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC 1:1½:3, Type A-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, Pillars, Piers, Posts and Struts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Sides of concrete Foundations, Pile Caps, Footings, Bases of Columns, Raft and Raft Beams, Sides and Soffits [if any] of Foundation and Plinth Beams and similar work, Vertical or to Batter for Rough Finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Sides of Pillars, Posts, Struts, Piers, Columns and Stanchions of any Shape / Cross Section for Fair Finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 75mm bore PVC [SWR] pipes single socketed, in any length as in Spouts or Weep Holes in Masonry / Concrete Walls complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Jain Irrigation / Kisan / Supreme / Prince / Anant / Oriplast

M & L for clearing away all Wild Trees and Saplings not exceeding 30 cm in girth from Stone / Boulder Pitching / Walling / Weep Holes etc. measured at a height of one meter above ground level, Grubbing up tree trunk by digging out roots up to 60 cm below ground level including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, removal of stumps, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling off ground, filled up with earth, well rammed and levelled, removing boulders if any which interfere with the work, after breaking down if necessary and making good the disturbed surfaces by grouting with Cement Mortar 1:4 complete including stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance outside the periphery of the area under clearance and burnt or otherwise disposed of as directed in low laying areas complete all as specified and as directed.,
