Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.complete all as directed

M & L Point wiring complete for One light point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded, copper conductor in and including non-metalic PVC conduit incl accessories totally concealed in wall, ceiling/roof etc., with modular metal flush boxes of suitable size & modules, concealed in walls with modular white plated cover as top cover fixed with screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc, including provn of 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, 1100 volt grade, multistranded single core green colour copper conductor for earth continuity connected to earth dolly all as directed NOTE: Cost of modular metal flush boxes with a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide to steel surface to avoid rust, concealed in wall with suitable white cover plate for mounting switch/sockets, regulator, bell push etc and Cost of cutting chases & making good to distrubed surface with cement mortar, if required any shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Taking down carefully existing serviceable Ceiling fan/Wall mounted fan, ceiling cable end, etc., removing the fan for keeping in safe custody, re- hanging the ceiling fan with down rod after rewiring including clamps, hooks, holdfasteners etc and connecting up, including making electric connection from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as directed

Taking down carefully existing serviceable exhaust fan, ceiling cable end, etc., removing the fan for keeping in safe custody, re-fixing the exhaust fan connecting up after rewiring, including making electric connection from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as directed

Taking down carefully existing serviceable Geysers of capacity 25 ltrs, ceiling cable end, etc., removing the geyser for keeping in safe custody and refixing geyser with provn of new suitable MS bolts, grouted to wall and connecting up with flexible copper conductor cable & making good to the disturbed surface complete all as directed

M&L for Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised iron mild steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to glavanised earthwire 4mm diameter by means of GI Bolts, Nuts, check nuts and washers including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 type B-1) cover slab 50 mm thick with 8 mm CTD bars reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre with two handles, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe , wire mesh, funnel and providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm and 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earth wire from earth plate to MCB DB including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and testing on completion complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part I as specified and directed.
