3.Rate should be Exclusive of GST AND INCLUSIVE OF GETTING KL-PCB CERTIFICATION BY THE TENDERER.The raw water and treated water has to be tested and the treated water shall conform to PCB NORMS.

4.Work should be executed as per DSR/PWD/PCB Norms/ specification and direction of Engineer at site.
