Disconnecting of HT cable & control wiring connections from existing bus bar, disconnecting trolley including servicing of complete parts of VCB, cleaning with carbon tetra chloride, lubrication of mechanical parts, adjustment and calibration of complete relays etc including checking parts, repair to control wring with single core conductor of existing size as required at site for VCB of any type, any make for satisfactory running including replacement of defective spare parts/items and applying one coat of 11 KV insulation paint on bus bar, spouts and other connected parts, re-assembling the same, re-connecting all HT & AC / DC connections to make it functional including testing on existing load complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per BOQ item No. 55.00 here-in-above but cross sectional area 95 Sqmm. Notes for item No. 55.00 & 56.00:- (i) Cable shall be of manufacturing date not earlier than Jun 2021. All the cable shall be embossed with year of manufacturing, meterage at every metre, in addition to its own standard markings as per IS i.e. Size, voltage etc. (ii) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) No straight through joint shall be permitted in less than single drum length. (iv) The contractor shall produce original purchase vouchers duly machine numbered alongwith excise duty gate pass of factory for verification and record. (v) Cable shall be tested in the presence of rep of Accepting Officer at the factory premises and by the rep of GE/AGE(E&M) after laying in the trenches & before returning filling in the trenches.

M&L in replacement earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI earth lead strip 25mm x 4mm upto 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly & watering pipe GI light grade 20 mm bore including protection pipe GI light grade 15mm bore, wire mesh, funnel,lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation & earthwork in soft/losse soil and refilling pit chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates , RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates pit cover slab 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways including necessary form work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I, including testing on completion at site complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for item 57.00 & 58.00 :- (i) Any variation in length of earth lead and protection pipe of earth lead shall be adjusted through DO. (ii) On testing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be generated at No extra cost , till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (iii) The chamber shall be constructed atleast 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode.

M&L winding of transformer any capacity at HT/LT side with super enamelled copper wire of gauge & weight as exists, varnishing & drying by vaccum impregnating, provinding insulating material, fixing the coil in the position in core assembly and making connection as per original pattern including testing as per latest IS/BIS complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) Winding of transformer should be connected with tap changer after completion of winding work. (ii) Transformer shall be tested in front of rep of GE & test results shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge. (iii) The quantity of winding shall be assesed by BOO.

Dehydration/centrifuging & filling of transformer oil by means Ultra High Vaccum double stage machine to remove impurities from oil such as moisture, dirt, air and other gases at site of installation in running condition of transformer including testing the oil before and after centrifuging from top and bottom of transformer to achieve the BDV value 50KV(rms) & above at 2.5mm air gap complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Oil Test value record register shall be prepared in presence of AGE/JE and handed over the register to sub divn on completion of work. (ii) The contractor is required to submit the di-electric repot after dehydration and filtration of each transformer before claiming payment.

Disconnecting HT/LT cables & Earthing connections of burnt /defective transformer of capacity upto 315KVA, 11KV/433 volts, 3 phase, any make/type, from pole/floor mounted, taking down from site of installation carefuly with the help of cranes and transporting the same to workshop for repair, opening, draining out transformer oil, dismantling complete & taking out core assembly & removing burntout windings, cleaning /washing of tank removing the dirt sludge and sticky materials from all parts of the transformer including core tank and cooling tubes, removal of damaged parts, dehydrating the core assembly, re-assembling after replacement of damaged parts of the transformer after repairs, making connections and filling dehydradated/fresh transformer oil and testing for all type of tests(routine test & full load test) including transportation back & reinstallation/connection of transformer at site complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per BOQ item No. 61.00 here-in-above but transformer of capacity 400KVA to 630KVA. Notes for item No. 61.00 & 62.00:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately. All parts/components replaced shall be identical to those specified by original manufacturer. (ii) The labour factor of dismantling/taking out of old winding are included in quoted rates but new winding shall be measured & paid separately. (iii) The draining of old transformer oil is deemed to included in quoted rates but filling new transformer oil and dehydration & refilling of old transformer oil shall be measured & paid separately. (iv) A Board of Officers shall be appointed by the Accepting Officer for ascertaining the repair work required in transformer and all inventory shall be prepared in presence of Engineer-in-charge & Contractor. (v) The transformer shall be repaired at authorized dealer workshop as approved by GE and the cost of this aspect is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in coping to pole etc. including necessary formwork to exposed surface finished even & smooth complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and installation Air break switch, gang operated, triple pole, 11000 volt, 400amp rating, outdoor type for horizontal or vertical operation, mechanically operated, mounted on 12 insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of 25mm bore, medium grade GI pipe from ground level with locking arrangements including making electrical connections to make it functional after testing including dismantling/taking down/out old unservieable air break gang operated switch from two/four pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60 BDV to comply IS-335 of 1993 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Empty container shall become Govt property & shall be taken on charge throrugh receipt voucher. (ii) Oil Test value record register shall be prepared in presence of AGE/JE and handed over the register to sub divn on completion of work. (ii) The contractor is required to submit the di-electric repot of each transformer before claiming payment.

S&F in replacement expulsion fuse single pole (drop out fuse) mounted on insulator & steel frame 100 Amps for 11000 Volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and preparation of surfaces of existing feeder pillar box and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including one coat of red oxide primer including removal of old paint by scratching complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of external surfaces of existing transformer of capacity 60KVA to 100 KVA for painting including fins/radiators, removal of all existing paint/ rust/oil/grease and unwanted material and applying two coats of synthetic enamel metallic paint, smoke grey, by means of spray gun over & including one coat of red oxide primer at site of installation of transformer including writing SM/MES number, capacity of transformer etc with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
