Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- With cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture : New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) (Paint options: Asian paint Apex Ultima Protek Advanced/ Berger Weathercoat Long Life 15/ Nerolac Excel Everlast 12 or equivalent. Primer options: Asian paint Damp Sheath Exterior Advanced/ Berger BP Cement Primer (ST)/Nerolac Exterior Primer or equivalent)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface complete. Water thinnable cement primer. (Brand options: Asian paint Damp Sheath Advanced Interior/ Berger Silk Luxury Basecoat/ Nerolac No Damp Interior or equivalent )

Wall painting with acrylic plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work. (Brand options: Asian paint Royal Shyne Advanced/ Berger Silk Glamor Matt/ Nerolac Impression Kashmir High sheen or equivalent.)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint (primer) of approved brand and manufacture

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed: -All kinds of soil

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm
