Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 (Zero point twenty to Zero point twenty five ) kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORTH Technical Specification Clause 503. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying 50 mm (Fifty milimetre) thick dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.25% (Four point two five percent) by weight of total mix using VG-30 (Viscosity grade -thirty bitumen) and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete . including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (Two point five milimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms (Two hundred fifty gms) per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm ( Two point five milimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing of retroreflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.03 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm (One point five milimeter) thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm (Seventy five into Seventy five into Six milieter ) firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 (M-Fifteen) grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm (Four hundred fifty into Four Hundred fifty into Six hundred , Six hundred milimeter) below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801.60x60 cm square (Sixty into Sixty centemetre square including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and erecting a Thrie metal beam crash barrier as per MORTH specification 2013 clause 811 comprising of 3 mm (Three milimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 85 cm (Eighty five centemetre) above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm (One hundred fifty into seventy five into Five milimetre) spaced 2 m (Two metre) centre to centre, 2 m (Two Metre) high, 1.15 m (One point one five metre) below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 546 mm (One hundred fifty into seventy five into Five milimetre, Five hundred forty six milimetre) long complete as per clause 810. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates includes of goods Service Tax labour cess, other levies / taxes toll tax , duties, royalties, cess, in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and government shall not entertain any claim what so ever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm (One hundred into One hundred milimetre) die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30 mm (Thirty milimetre) upto a depth of 60 mm (Sixty milimetre) and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (Part 4) 1973. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates includes of goods Service Tax labour cess, other levies / taxes toll tax , duties, royalties, cess, in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and government shall not entertain any claim what so ever in this respect of the same.

Supplying and installation of delineators (round way indicators, hazard marker object marker) 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15cm (Fifteen centemetre) wide strips fitted with 80x100 mm (Eighty into One hundred milimetre) rectangular or 75 mm (Seventy five milimetre) dia circular reflectorised panel at the top, burried or pressed into the ground and confirming to IRC-79 and drawing. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates includes, octroi , Malkhana , Toll tax, goods services tax, building & other construction worker, wellfare cess royalty or any other tax levy or cess in respect of input for or output by the contract shall be payable by the contractor and government shall not entertained any claim what so ever in this respect of the same.

Earth work in excavation for foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, construction of shoring and barcing , removal of stumps and other defeterous matters, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material as per MORTH technical specification 2003 clause 304. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates includes, octroi , Malkhana , Toll tax, goods services tax, building & other construction worker, wellfare cess royalty or any other tax levy or cess in respect of input for or output by the contract shall be payable by the contractor and government shall not entertained any claim what so ever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying M-15(M-fifteen) grade design mix minimum cement content not less than 275 kg cum (Two hundred seventy five kilogramme per cubic metre) plain / reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates includes, octroi , Malkhana , Toll tax, goods services tax, building & other construction worker, wellfare cess royalty or any other tax levy or cess in respect of input for or output by the contract shall be payable by the contractor and government shall not entertained any claim what so ever in this respect of the same.
