REPAIR AND MAINT OF SF6, VCB AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT AIR FORCE STATION PATHANKOT

1 Supply & install HT 11KV, single phase indoor oil cooled PT of ration class 0.5-3 burden 50 KV - 1 Set of 03 2 Dismantling the existing unserviceable 11 KV VCB trolly and carrying out following repair and re-fixing the same. Testing and commissioning complete all as specified: - (i) S & F in repair vacuum interrupter 630 Amps, 11 KV, Make Areva/Crompton as per sample -03 Nos (ii) S & F in repair charging motor to charge VCB as per sample-01 No (iii) Complete wiring of VCB panel to make the panel completely functional in all respect -01 Job (iv) Supply and fixing moving contract of VCB – 01 Set (v) Complete greasing / oiling of VCB -01 Job (vi) Supply and fixing charging bottles – 03 Nos (vii) The rates quoted by the contract shall include cost of any other spare parts/relay not mentioned herein but essentially required for functioning of the system. No extra payments will be made for the spare parts/relay. 3 Supply and fix cable jointing kit 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armored Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. 1 Each 4 S&F of Make – ASHIDA/Microm/ABB numerical self-powered protection relay or equivalent in respective make, in existing 11/66 KV panel complete all as specified and directed. 1 Each 5 M & L for opening the existing RMUs of 11 KV rating, disconnecting the HT cables of any size and servicing the fixed/moving contract & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing & gas charging for repair and replacement of defective components of RMU, lamp indicators, calibration of relays & digital meters, over load protection relay, time delay relay / earth fault relay, charging spring etc. cleaning the fixed and moving contract inside the RMUs properly, servicing and greasing all moveable mechanism, replacement of defective fuses, wiring and reassembling and testing complete all as specified. (Note-i) The contractor shall arrange for the standby supply for testing of relays, (ii) the rates quoted by the contractor shall include cost of any other spare parts/relay not mentioned herein but essentially required for functioning of the system. (iii) Testing of above job to be carried out by engineers of authorized dealer/ services Centre of concerned OBC (iv) No extra payment will be made to the contractor for the same. (v) Unit rates quoted by tenderers shall deem to include for, bolts, washers, lugs, thimble, wires and petty items required for efficient and smooth functioning of the equipment without any extra cost to the Govt. 1 Each Job 6 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armored, AI conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, indoor/outdoor type complete all as specified and directed. 1 Each
