The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) as a prime contractor, at Any Construction of Work to extent of costing not less than 25% of the amount put to tender i.e., 0.74 Lakhs during last 5 financial years (i.e., work executed during 2020-21 to 2024-25 shall be considered) will be considered. The work done certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the same circle / next higher officer clearly indicating the Work Indent number. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weightage of 10% per annum, if the work is completed prior to the year 2025-26.

The Contractor belonging to the Scheduled Caste should upload the domicile certificate of Karnataka for more than ten years.

The Contractor belonging to the Scheduled Caste should upload the Caste certificate of the respective caste issued by the competent authority. If the Contractor is a firm, then all the partners or members of the firm shall belong to the Scheduled Caste as the case may be. Should upload the individual Scheduled Caste certificate

Tender Capacity Eligible Tenderers will be qualified, only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. Valid GST Registration Certificate and the specimen signature of Authorized person should be enclosed.

Income Tax PAN card and Income Tax returns filed for the Financial year 2024-25 Assessment year 2025-26

Each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period, achieved in at least One financial year an average annual financial turnover of not less than the amount put to tender (i.e: 2.97 Lakhs ) i.e., from 2020-21 to 2024-25, should be uploaded. Duly giving 10% escalation every year. All document/certificates issued by a Charted Accountant should have a UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) generated through the ICAI (The Institute of chartered Accountants of India) Portal. Certificate without UDIN the documents uploaded will be considered and treated as invalid document.
