Supply and Installation of 20 nos. of online dust monitoring systems (CEMS dust), for Env. Engg. Department of Rourkela Steel Plant

• 1. The Tenderer should be an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)/Dealer/Channel Partner of Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS). In case of Dealer/Channel Partner, bid specific authorization from OEM should be submitted.

2. The Tenderer should have supplied and commissioned at least one (1) no. Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) for measuring Particulate Matter (PM) / Dust, velocity/Flow in any PSU/Public Limited company/Govt. Organisation/ Joint Venture Company where at least one of the partners shall be Central or State Government Organization or PSU in India during the last seven (7) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which Notice Inviting tender (NIT) is being issued.

Supporting documents: The following documents/credentials to be submitted in support of the technical eligibility:

a. Self attested copies of purchase order/Contract Copy/Work order issued by the client

b. Self attested copies of Commissioning certificate/Job completion Certificate/Performance Certificate/Final Acceptance certificate for work.

c. Work listed at Sl. No. "a" along with contact person’s name, e-mail id and mobile /telephone no. of the client to be submitted.

• 1. The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2025 should not be less than Rs. 1 Crore. Net worth of the tenderer should be positive as on 31st March 2025.

a. Copies of Audited balance sheet and Profit & Loss statement for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2025 having valid UDIN.
