- Supplying & Packing graded gravel of size as per ISI 4097/1988, as amended upto date and specification attached with this schedule of item of work. The Gravel should be free from Dust, dirt or vegetable matters. Packing to be done from the house pipe to the bottom of liner all around on the bore and will be placed other liner and housing pipes have been lowered and suitably clamped. Thickness and size of the gravel packing will be as directed by the Engineer- in- charge 6x1=6 Cum

-Dismantling of RMC-40 Road 150 mm to 200 mm thick by using Hydraulic Compressor.

-supply and fixing following DI/CI D/F pipe CI special, sluice valves with wheel, non return valves with G.M. FLAP including cost of jointing

-Providing and fixing in position suitable bail plug hook of 219.10mm as per IS 226/1975 as amended upto date, including the cost of M.S. screwed sockets etc. complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in- charge of the work.

-Supply and lowering slotted pipe of size 219.10mm outer dia, stainless steel pipe confirming to IS 3589-1991 (with latest amended) duly ISI marked made out of the 6.35.. Thick steel sheet in rembom length of 4 to 7 mtr inside and outside coated with anticorrosive black mastic paint with butt-joint as per IS 3589-1991 (with latest amended) including cost of cutting, jointing, welding lowering in bore hole in vertical position including cost of all T&P accessories required for the job as per site condition complete in all respect. upto a depth of 0 to 60mtr depth BGLx1=30x1=600mtr

-Supplying and lowering 219.10mm outer dia ERW steel plain pipes as per IS 4270-1992 as amended pipe in 4 to 7meters random length with 88.90mm of threaded ends(8 threads to an inch or 25.40mm) manufactured out of 6.35mm thick M.S. plates with required number of M.S. socket 152.40mm length with inside thread to match the pipe threads and made out of M.S. plate in to borehole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding, derricks, Jim, poles, tools and plants, ropes, gays M.S. clamp embedded in foundation etc. complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. Rate=2100/-

-Ns Supplying ,erection, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set as per BIS specification 8034 1989 as amended upto date for pump and IS 9283 1979 (as amended upto date of for motor) the pump motor set should be capable of pumping clear fresh cold water having characteristics as specified in clause 4 of IS 8034/ 1989 and clause 4.1 of 9283/1979 .LPM /140 meter head 12.5 HP T/well BS make (48860.00+0% = 48860.00) SDS.

-Supplying and fixing well threaded M.S. Cap for 273.10 mm outer dia M.S. pipe as per ISI 226/1975 as amended upto date to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 1x1=1 nos

-Providing and Fixing D>I specials of different sizes confirming to I.S. specification

-Supply Laying Jointing Cutting of D.i pipe K-7 complete in all respect 100mm i/d

-Making connection with the existing main water pipe line complete in all respects

CI D/F bends reducers , tapers , tees , tail, piece ank blank flang. 80mm dia. 30x1=30Kg

-Drilling of 685.80mm dia by hydraulic rotary drilling (reverse circulation method) according to ISI specification No.2800-1991 (Part-I) as amended upto date and modified to extent of the specification attached with this schedule of items of work in all kinds of soils and boulders upto 125mm dia except rocky strata including the cost of all consumable(Size 689mm) stores, fuel, oil, soil stabilizing material and transportation of rig and other accessories to the site proposed bore and back (including cost of lowering of all sizes of casing pipe while boring and extracting the same against earth frictions etc.) Compete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

-Supplying and fixing 219.10 mm M.S. clamp as per IS : 226/ 1975 as amended up to date for supporting the housing pipe supported on two girders not less than 100mm x 150mm and two meters long each embedded in suitable foundation as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate=500/-

-Resistivity Survey Rate=5000/-

-Supply and fixing of CID/F pipes 80 mm dia Rs. 250/mtr
