Material & Labour for attending of breakdown in Fire Detection, Alarm System and Fire Fighting System at INS Garuda Area, detection of nature of defect including carry out minor repairs, loose connection, change of small length of wire as required size to make the machine/equipment functional, opening of switch board / panel board and re fixing the same after necessary repair, etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (a) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the elements of labour only for rectifying and making the machine functional for minor repair. If replacements of parts / items is required to make the equipment/machine functional, the cost of labour and material for the same shall be measured and paid for as " S & F in repairs/ M & L for" under relevant items of this schedule hereinafter. (b) Contract shall run for minimum period as specified and completion will not be issued prior date of completion as mentioned in Work Order No-01. (c) If breakdown shall not be attended & rectified the same day as received by the contractor except rewinding of Motor and other major spares as specified , the recovery will be made @ Rs.1000/- per breakdown per day. And after 15 days of nonfunctional of any machine as specified for any reason the recovery will be made @ Rs. 2000/- per day till the machine operational.

Supply and fix in repair fabricated MS hose cabinet, made of 18 gauge MS sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm double door with 3 mm thick glass and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side brilliant white inside and including taking down unserviceable old one, all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour in repair 150mm bore CI pipes with flanged end, centrifugally cast, class "A" in any length, laid in trenches including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 48 here in above, but of 100 mm size.

Material and Labour in repair for disconnecting of suction and delivery pipe and electric connections, from three phase centrifugal pump sets motor and dismantling the pump sets complete from the foundation, strip opening the unserviceable motor at site to locate the fault and transporting to the local work shop. Strip opening the motor and cutting/removing burnt out winding and rewinding the motor with as per existing original wire gauge super enameled copper wire including high quality 'F' class insulating material with heat resistant sleeves, sealing compound and varnishing and heating the stator upto varnish fully dry and testing the motor at work shop to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Coupled the motor with pump and installed at site as per existing position. Testing the pump set after completion of work all as specified and directed of capacity 120 HP.

Material & Labour for Cleaning Strainer of size of 3 meter long and 0.40 metre dia fabricated with aluminium stainer to suction line having 1200 holes to the strainer of suction line includes dismantling the suction line and lifting it , cleaning the foot valve , scrubbing the complete stainer including 1200 holes with suitable liquid properly and then lowering back for refixing the stainer into sea water with MS angle arms and 02 hooks provided to the strainer for lifting/ lowering the strainer to the suction line and to the pump set along with foot valve inside the lowered stainer complete all as specified and directed.
