M & L for point wiring complete with single core multi stranded Copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade in and including PVC conduit of size 20 mm dia or higher including Tee, junction, bends etc concealed in wall/fixed on ceiling and including M.S modular boxes of suitable size for housing modular switches, sockets etc including 1.5 sqmm. green PVC insulated wire for earth continuity complete.

Disconnecting and taking down the complete ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep with down rod from ceiling hook at any locations and carrying out rewinding with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge inc replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing/oiling of bush and the bearings, replacement of missing / worn out nuts, bolts & washers etc. and testing after reassembling and refixing back on the same location after painting with synthetic eneamel paint and connecting complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in -Charge.
