M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with soild block, exc 10cm width and setting in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but except precast block

Taking down cement plaster on Brick or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M & L for plain cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) cast in situ as in copings, bed plates, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating and use of form work.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete or brick work and making good the disturbed ground.

S&F for joists, channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently with out connecting plates Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified

All as per item No 10 here-in-before but erection & fixing only

S & F mild steel work in wind ties, posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets( for securing wire mesh) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work confirming to Fe- 290 Grade E-165.

All all as per item No 12 above but fixing only except materials

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in Hard/ Dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface.

M & L for plain cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M & L for plain cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified

S&F chain link mild steel galvanised fencing, any size or type wt not less than 3 Kg per Sqm of standard, rails, straining bolts including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F in repairs galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed.

Restraining, resecuring including making good of existing galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia, barbs at 75 mm spacing complete all as specified and as directed

S & F Mild steel screw bolts of 5 to 10 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm long.

Dismantling Structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

S & F mild steel work in framed and hunged as gate including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolt and similar work confirming to Fe- 290 Grade E-165.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid dry or laid dry and pointed

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of reqd stregth, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in reqd colour & pattern over and incl 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver block into sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate virator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per reqd size and pattern, findhing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

M&L for Vibro compacted Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed

M&L for pre-polished cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laid over cement slurry, pointed and jointed with grey mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for granite work (table rubbed and polished) 14-16 mm thick as in steps,jambs, pillars, plateforms and like machine cut bedded and jointed & pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl grinding and polishing over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubish of the premises

M&L for endura tiles, heavy duty, for high traffic 300x300mm, 10mm thick, non skid, acid and scratch resistance over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floor, set, jointed in neat cement sluury complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Glazed coloured elevation ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x 7mm thick over 10mm redering on backing of verticles tiles in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and as directed

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, etc, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment over 20 mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above GL).

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D 2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing/plinth protection finished even and fair surfaces.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in floors finished even and fair surfaces.

Surface Excavation not exceeding 30 Cm deep and averaging 15 Cm deep and getting out in Hard/dence soil.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the reqd line, level and curvature,jointed and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or without grooves, including making drainage opening where ever reqd complete all as specified and direction of Engr in charge

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated concrete surfaces of any description and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint complete all as specified and as diected

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M & L for providing precast cement concrete Type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) 1:2:4 as in cover slabs shelves and similar articles with plane faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annelaed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed

S&F 0.63mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with self tapping screw or L-type or J-type or crancked hook bolts and washers as in roofs, walls etc, with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair galvanized mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanized wire staples

S & F in repair 1.00 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates, etc., cut to size, holes punched including rounded headed screws, clout nails or revets and fixed to wood or steel framing or fixing to MS clamps with necessary bolts and nuts with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of steel and applying two coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of existing old surface of chequred tile, interlocking tile etc and applying two coats of floor paint of specified tint complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 2.5 mm thick non breakable transparent acrylic sheet for windows/ventilator (wooden or steel)and fixed with wooden beading or Putty complete all as directed by engineer in charge.

Note :Deduction for amount of Rs 49,890.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
