Labour for cleaning of solar street light panel of any capacity located at elevated height up to 6 Mtr on pole, cleaning from dust, dirt, leaves, bird dropping , glass plate shall be cleaned with soft and warm water, soap solution or glass cleaning solution carried for functioning of solar street light fitting and all as specified and directed.Note:- The recored of cleaning will be maintained by contractor duly singed by user unit. The details will be put up at the time of payment of RAR/Final Bill.

Material and labour for replacement of charge controller for solar street light at elevated height of 3 Mtr , PWM type with dimming feature , protection against module reverse current flow over charge, deep discharge , reverse polarity & over load complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of CFL/FTL fitting with LED fitting , 26 watt , operating voltage 12 volts, system efficiency 100watt, IP 65 protection for solar street light complete all as specified and directed. Make -BAJAJ/Crompton/Havells or make given in Appx 'B'.

Material and labour for replacement of lead acid long tubular maintenance free Solar battery , 12 volt, 150 AH suitable for solar street lights complete all as specified and directed. Make : Exide/Amaron/Luminous.

Supply and fixing in replacement of all-in-one solar street light fitting of 25 watt with inbuilt lithium battery,voltaic panel, charge controller and pole mounting clamps of suitable size upto 50 mm dia and all as specified and directed.Make -BAJAJ/Crompton/Havells or make given in Appx 'B'.

Supply and poring the electrolite suitable for solar street lights battery of capacity 120/150 AH upto 5 mtr height and check the specific gravity of electrolite, maintaine the adequate specific gravity by adding the sulphuric acid if required and all as specified and directed,

Supply and fixing in replacement of solar voltaic panel of capacity 100Watt with all fixing arrangement inlieu of existing pole and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated 3 core 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable for connecting from solar battery to voltaic solar panel and light fitting testing and commissioning all as directed.

M&L for repair to high mast light of height up to 13 mtr servicing of light carrying with and gear box alongwith SWR rope complete with replacing the minor parts like nut bolts, SWR rope and connected items all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of power contactor of 415 volts 50Hz, 50 Amp capacity with 230 volts operated coil on existing panel of highmast control panel and all as specified and directged.

Supply and fixing in replacement of digital timer switch of 2 module type with programmable to street lights/highmast light control and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated 5 core 4.0 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable for connecting from highmast control panel to light fittings by inserting the cable through highmast pole insde and all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED driver suitable for flood lights fitted on high mast lights of 150 Watt capacity.

Supply and fixing in replacement of surge protctor for flood lights fixed on highmast light pole of 150 Watt and all as specified and directed.

Labour for fixing only the LED solar street light fitting by replacing the solar panel on existing solar street light steel tubular pole/pipe of elevated height of upto 6 mtr by modification of existing steel pole/pipe with cutting / reducing the pole top to fit the new light fitting and all as specified and directed. Note : The LED street light fitting shall be issued under Sch 'B' for fixing only.
