Amount

The rates quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to be inclusive for the following provisions in addition to the other conditions specified in the tender documents. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later date on this account:- [i] The repairs shall be done by skilled workmen in the relevant field to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall engage sufficient manpower for the entire period so that progress of work shall not be hampered due to non availability of labour at any time. [ii] The contractor on getting information through Site order / Works diary regarding the nature of repair to be carried out, he shall immediately respond to the same and make all out efforts to carry out the same on priority within 48 hours. In case of any delay in responding / attending the repairs within 48 hours, the GE may at his absolute discretion impose penalty on the contractor at Rs. 100/- per day per each work ordered upto 05(Five) days and Rs. 200/- per day thereafter till completion of the work in case of delay without valid reasons as decided by GE. [iii] Further, the above penalty is applicable even for the multiple locations of work at the same period. It is the responsibility of contractor to make suitable arrangements for attending the repairs simultaneously at all the places. [iv] The decision of the GE as to whether a particular repair has been attended or not on a particular day will be final and binding. The above penalty shall be in addition to the provisions made in clause 50 of IAFW-2249 i.e (Compensation for delay in completion of work). NOTE:-The work is to be executed in multistoried buildings Tenderers/bidders are advised to vist the site and quote their rate accordingly and no claim whatsoever in this regard shall be admissible at any later stage.

Ltd. as per manufacturer's instructions and providing pressure Guniting averaging 30mm thick at a pressure of not less than 6 KG / Sq.cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 duly modifying the mortar with and including suitable bonding agent of M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. @ 5% of weight of cement for soffits of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Parapets Facias & Chajjas etc., finishing surface rough and finally rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement conforming to proper geometrics including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal and depositing the demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The work will be carried out through authorized manufacturer and contractor will have to submit all necessary documents for the same

M&L for treating the seepage by filling FOSROC nitotile grout (or equivalent from list of makes) in tiles gaps, wc, bathroom and kitchen contact area and applying Fosroc brushbond chemical for seepage wall surface over plaster and grouting the affected area/Place with use of Fosroc renderoc plug chemical includes plaster and other connected works complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials retrieved from demolition from site to a distance not exc 2 km from site including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination and deposited outside MD land
