Lumpsum charges for dismantling/demolition of Quarter structure which includes rubble/brick masonry/footings, tiled roof, wooden truss etc. Details as per Sl.No 1 in BOQ
Lumpsum charges for dismantling/demolition toilet near compressor room and adjacent structural shed, rubble/ brick masonry, lintels, beams, slab etc. mechanically/manually as the case may be and carefully dispose the all scrap materials such as re-bars, structural steel, AC roof sheets, side cladding, doors, windows, ventilators, wiring, piping, sanitary accessories etc. Details as per Sl.No 2 in BOQ.
Cutting of RCC foundations using electrically operated diamond wire saw for horizontal slicing & diamond wall saw for vertical slicing to make small pieces, of suitable diameter with sufficient capacity to suit existing site condition. Details as per Sl. No 3 in BOQ
Dismantling of existing RCC structure which includes, roof slab, roof beams, columns, old tank footing etc. Details as per Sl.No 4 in BOQ
Engaging concrete cutter of 2 feet dia (approx.) using diamond wheel suit to existing site condition for cutting of RCC slab up to 6.0m level from floor including necessary scaffolding. Details as per Sl No.5 in BOQ
