CIVIL WORK FOR THE EXTENSION OF ROOF OVER ELEVATOR PIT AT CFP MALAMPUZHA AT CATTLE FEED PLANT, MALAMPUZHA ,PALAKKAD DIST

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer - in-charge. Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 370 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is payable or recoverable separately. All work above plinth level upto floor V level

Providing and erecting form work for structures in super structure above 12M height from plinth level including necessary stage shuttering as per technical specifications.

Providing, fabricating and placing in position TMT reinforcement steel as per technical specifications.

FINISHING WORK :- Providing and applying cement plaster in CM 1:4 12mm thick as per technical specifications.

ROOFING WORK:- Supply, fabricate and erect in position structural steel work for trusses, purlins, girder, column, rafters, strus, wind ties, floor tile beam, structural members for strew box, site cladding, platform etc. as per design including riveting, welding in rolled steel sections and plates with all necessary nuts, bolts, riverts, gusset, plates etc. complete including painting with two coat of red oxide primer and 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make finished to even shade as per technical specifications. All work above plinth level upto 29 m level.

Providing, fabricating and erect in position MS pipe/MS square hollow section work for trusses, purlins, rafters, struts etc. as per design including riveting welding in rolled steel sections and plates with all necessary nuts, bolts, rivets, gusset plates etc. complete including painting with two coat of red oxide primer and 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make finished to even shade as per technical specifications. All work above plinth level upto 29 m level

Providing and fixing 0.5mm thick meta colour/poly steel sheets (galvaloom or equivalent) with necessary poly propylene washers self trapping screws etc. for roofing.

Providing and fixing meta colour roofing sheeting accessories such as rain water gutter, ridge etc, as per technical specifications.

Providing and fixing approved quality roof light sheet as per technical specifications.

Dismantling carefully the existing sheeted roof with MS structural members over the existing plant above 21 m height and stacking the same with in the site.
