Providing Sliding Windows and other improvement works to Switch gear buildings in CHP area at RTPS

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor (at least 90% of the contract value) at least one Similar/Civil work of value not less than Rs. 6.682 Lakhs (inclusive of GST) in the preceeding Five financial years (i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). The certificate issued by the Competent Authority not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCLworks and not below the rank of Executive Engineer and equivalent in case of other Government Organizations is to be uploaded in the Technical bid. (Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27).

The Intending bidder in his name should have achieved in at least one financial year a minimum Financial Turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.26.73 Lakhs (inclusive of GST) during the preceding five financial (i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). The bidder shall submit certified copy of the turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant for the respective two years & the same shall be uploaded along with the technical bid. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weight at 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27)

Any reputed individual/company registered KPWD Class-III and above contractor is eligible to apply and valid certificate issued in this regard shall be uploaded

The bidder shall belong to CAT-II(A) Caste community as per Govt. of Karnataka. Valid CAT-II(A) Caste certificate issued by Govt. of Karnataka shall be uploaded

The bidder shall be a domicile of the State of Karnataka for more than 10 years certified by Govt. of Karnataka. Valid Domicile certificate issued by Govt. of Karnataka shall be uploaded

Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under. Tender capacity: (A x N x 5 - B), where, A - Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N - Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited for 0.33 Years. B - Value at 2026-27 price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 0.33 year period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited

The Bidders should upload the following declarations by duly signed, I/we shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by KPCL or by any State Government/Government of India/ Union Territory. I/we declares that EMD has not been forfeited and None of my contracts have been terminated/foreclosed on account of default in KPCL or elsewhere during the past 3 (Three) years. My/our offer has no conditions contravening the commercial conditions of the bid. I/we have studied the site conditions, labour conditions and read the Bid documents and related matters carefully and diligently and that he has submitted the bid having studied understood and accepted the full implications of the agreement. I/we shall pay fair and reasonable wages, which shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by GOK to the labours/workmen employed in the contract.
